I got the solution for you. First, go to Turkey, it is the start of Asia. Then head to Georgia Azerbaijan Go to Baku and load yourself and the bikes up on a ferry that will take you to Turkmenbashi in Turkmenistan. From there you can cross the northeast section of Afganistan, although I would not recomend it. Or, you can go into China, then down to India. When you want to go to Thailand, you just go up to China again, you can pass Bhutan, Nepal and-or Bangladesh on the way, and come down in Laos or Viet Nam., onwards to Thailand. In Thailand, go south to enter Malaysiya, Then go to Singapore, from there you can take a ferry with your bikes to Batam or 3 other places in Indonesia if you want to explore. Otherwise, there is a ferry from Singapore to Freemantle, Australia. Apperantly, there is a ferry from Jakarta, Indonesia, but it is not very frequent. But hey, you got time. Yeah we planned to do the same thing - from Germany to Australia last year. Then the Ukraine/Russia Stuff started and our whole trip got derailed and we had to cancel the whole thing. So sorry for you guys we know excactly how you feel. Safe travels and get to a country where the weather is less shitty than in Germany! :D
