they're just so attentive of each other and it bleeds out in ways like that. like yoongi saying that, no, jungkook's heart hadn't gotten bigger, it was bigger from the beginning. they just didn't realize. it's yoongi knowing what irks jungkook (competitiveness), teases him about it fondly.
