HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen 11 Server Racking - This will be a continuation in our series, and we will focus on racking your server. This will be a very short and simple tutorial. We will attach a pair of sliding rails to our rack and then we will physically install our DL380 onto the rails. Main obstacle - just make sure you line up your rails in the same spot within the rack. There are also some buttons on the side of the rail that need to be pushed to unlock and slide back into the rack. Again, this is a very simple video, but we wanted to make sure we covered all major aspects of theDL380, including rails and rack mounting. I like that the rails work for DL360 and DL380 Gen11. That's pretty cool.

Asnwer to the previous comment so you can see better: the lenovo sr650 is the same gen as the hpe g10, 2u server 2 socket intel xeon 1 and 2 gen, the sr630 is his 1u brother. The sr650 v2 is 3rd gen scalable (with the sr630 v2) and the sr650 v3 is the newest one, parallel to gen 11 of hpe. Also there is the x3650 m5 which is a bit older but is going cheap right now and it's perfect for homelabs (it even handles gpu workloads) that would be e5 v3 and v4.
