Super Video, aber leider sehr kurz.
Das Problem ist die gesetzliche "Mietpreisbremse". Die greift z. Bsp. bei solchen Altbauten. D. h. hier habe ich als Vermieter Auflagen! Bei Neubauten kann ich als Vermieter die Miethöhe selbst festlegen. Und was ist denn "bezahlbar"??? Das ist Ansichtssache. Nur das Gebäude weist doch noch eine einigermaßen ordentliche Bausubstanz auf! So eine schöne Fassade! Nur die Fenster dürften nicht dazu passen. Tja da hat wohl jemand ein Schnäppchen gemacht!
nikolaus Ulrich denke das der Abbruch unvermeidlich war. Denn die Decken waren mit Baustützen abgestützt worden.
Das Haus sah auch sehr kaputt und marode aus!!
Anstatt die Stadt Geld darein steckt, versorgen wir in Milliarden Höhe Flüchtlinge...
Nicht nur das, scheiss Deutschland.
Die schöne alte Gebäude verschwinden immer mehr...ich finde es so schade

Unfassbar schade
Warum baut man neue Fenster ein, die absolut nicht zum Haus passen, um es jetzt abzureißen? Man hätte die Fenster vorher ausbauen können. Für Second Hand Baumärkte oder so.
...da würde dann so viel Handarbeit drin stecken, dass sie niemand bezahlen kann.
