Standing at 53 stories high, the building began development in 2011 but was halted in 2014. The building has an area of 38,530 m2, and was originally designed to stand at 57 stories. The building has commonly been described as an eyesore. The waterfront Tower is an iconic building with stunning sea views.

It's good if Ken is building NEW homes and increasing the housing supply. But how many of those 8,355 homes were EXISTING units and thereby deprived hundreds or thousands of individual families from purchasing houses, and locked them out of the housing market? This is partly why we have a housing crisis - corporations are buying up all the single family houses.
