This was the first episode of the show I ever heard and Dan came out swinging in the first 2 minutes with the Liam Neeson impression. I was immediately hooked for the next 7 years of this. RIP Harmontown
That Liam Neeson saying they're killing machines is pretty hilarious but man Dan should have watched the whole movie, the ending absolutely makes that film! Underrated gem.
In fluid levitation Dan is talking about Werner Herzog doing your voice on Rick and Morty. Werner Herzog tell us a story involving Stephen Colbert and Dan does a really good impression of Steven Colbert. It’s around 20 minutes into the episode
The film is an allegory...they aren't facing off against wolves, it's about purgatory, the wolves are demons/monsters, that's why they don't behave like wolves at all. It's pretty obvious that it's Neeson's character's death trip, his process of letting go.

They don't fight, they hunt.
This is a scary good neeson.
Edit: IT IS ALSO A GOOD IMPRESSION OF THE GUY WHO ANNOYS EVERYONE!!!
"it's a little early for the audience to be sarcastic" lol
The wolves are older than the Earth

Is it just me or has Jeff never seen any of the things Harmon wants to talk about?
Of course not, he’s too busy (in Dan’s words) going to bars to read Moby Dick or some shit

I saved myself a spiritual journey with this lol
😐 guess no need to watch the movie then, this was a synopsis that saves me two hours. Tyvm
They don't give a fuck about allegories.
