Girl, I’ve had 22 surgeries after breaking bones on every limb, my back, tail bone, etc.. I have severe arthritis, circulation issues, and severe pain every day. Sometimes, I do my best but I literally can’t do any more. It’s okay to stop when your body tells you to. It’s okay to listen to your body and rest when you’re not feeling well. Don’t ever apologize for something that it so beyond our control. The people in our lives who know us, will love us and understand why we can’t keep going, sometimes.
Your subscribers adore you, we’re all friends here, and we understand that you have to stop sometimes even if you don’t want to. We love you and support you always ❤️

Love this! I have Lupus, and most days are just MEH for me, then some days I just have to sleep. People judge so harshly, calling me lazy and other really awful things. I wish more people would try to understand how BAD you can feel if you push yourself too hard when your body is clearly telling you to slow down and rest.

The lighting and set up of this video is really so good! You can actually see your skin; it's not blown out at all and you're close enough that we can actually see what your skin and the product looks like. (Also, side note, your skin is bomb!) Love it!

I *love* that raw first check in. I don’t NEED to know if makeup holds through a nice, easy, great day, I WANT to know how makeup will hold up on days that end with me sitting on the kitchen floor eating chocolate and potato chips and trying not to break, or the days where I have to look functional around other people even though invisible illness is putting up a fight.

I LOVE the natural light videosss! The only thing is that the sound can be a little bit weird from time to time, maybe it's the echo? I'm a big fan of how you look in natural light though, you can see more detail of the foundation which is awesome.

Really love this lighting! Shame it’s very weather dependent. The audio doesn’t seem as good with this setup, wonder if there’s any adjustments you can make in that regard

I love that I'm so early. It's the little things. As I get older (just turned 55) I find I'm wearing less make-up. Plus, I'm WFH and the camera just doesn't care. But I will still watch all the FF videos I can get my hands on.

Girl, I feel you with the migraines and I'm so sorry you have to deal with that too!! You killed it with the natural lighting. So much more realistic! I always see these videos under studio light with foundation looking so smooth and perfect, then I try it at home and it looks nothing like that.

I agree with the lack of blurring.. I just got this today and tried it right away and I kinda feel like I was misled by all these claims that it’s amazing... maybe I’ll grow to love it lol There’s much better out there

I love the multiple day review. I'm sure it's even more work for you, but it's great for getting a better idea of how a foundation truly works. Really goes to show how the same foundation can look completely different day to day depending on what other products you use or even just how your skin is behaving.
If you are still struggling with dryness the heritage store rose water hydrating facial toner is a game changer. I cannot live without this! They have two kinds one says rosewater spray or toner but the best one is the one that actually says rose water hydrating facial toner. The scent is very light and fades immediately after you put it on.

I don't know if it was the lighting, if you changed something else or what, but I felt like I could see your skin so clearly! And I loved the update the second day with different products. As many others have said, it doesn't matter to me if you have to finish a video after lying on a hot pack or if you can't finish that day at all. You put so much into your channel/reviews and every bit of it is appreciated and so well done!

I really appreciate how when you talk about what a product is doing on your skin and show it, we can actually see what you're talking about because you don't use filters! I think it looked really good the second day, it's a good reminder for me to try things multiple times in different ways to see what gives the best result!

i rlly recommend you use the inkey list hyaluronic acid serum. it can help with those fine lines under your eyes and help provide immense hydration for your skin.
The natural light for foundation reviews is PERFECT and so, so, so helpful.
I have combination skin and wore this foundation in Shade 2 for the first time today. I had the same issues: It sat on top of my skin and looked textured. I applied with my fingers and when I tried to build it up on my nose it sunk into my pores and emphasized them. I also found it to be drying. I later applied some Fix+ and that helped A LOT
Glad I watched this review before buying it. I had no idea it was soft matte. I feel like all the ads and instagram videos I've seen make it look extremely dewy, which is my style.

I feel like you give some of the most trustworthy foundation reviews! It seems that everyone else I watch has super smooth normal skin and they say every foundation looks good but I have combination skin leaning more dry and textured

This is so strange. I am 47 yrs old with combination skin and yours is the second reviewer that had a less than fabulous experience with this. I only tried this recently after my HG base product was discontinued. I was looking for something that would blur and smooth and this definitely did that for me, better than any other product I have tried in the last two-three years trying to find an alternative.
I appreciate the simple fact that you let us know how best to apply the foundation and not just the wear test 🤗

Girl I can relate.. I've suffered from chronic debilitating migraines for about 15 years. Best way to get rid of them for me is to lay down .. I use a gel ice pack though. And yes it does wack ish to my makeup and my hair too lol I'm just glad when it's over 😥
