Hey! I will say that September is a crazy time to move to Seville, lots of students start studying at University. My advice is to start looking early. If worst comes to worst, you can go through an "inmobiliaria." They will help you find an apartment for a (not so small) fee. I went through an inmobiliaria the first year I moved to Spain bc we had a rough time finding housing!
Have you ever visited Sevilla? 🤔🇪🇸
Such a cosy dwelling 🥰
Thanks! It’s very comfy 🤗

Hi!! I'll be moving to Seville from September so I was wondering if you have any tips to find housing/apartments?

I like a lot your appartment, but I think that can improve a little bit 😂😂😂
Let’s just say my landlord has some work to do 😅
I didn't know that Seville was still so affordable.
Do the real estate agencies require that you make 2x the rent? Do they accept aux income as proof of income?
Yes, they generally do. That's why I don't recommend looking through them. There are website online for that
