- The Cook Expert can whisk at the same time as heating ultra-precisely - to 1 degree. Perfect for sauces, tempering chocolate and this silky smooth Sabayon, served with a batch of ready-in-minutes butter biscuits, kissed with lemon zest.
What you’ll need:
Metal bowl and whisk, Food Processor main bowl and blade, Magimix scales and spatulas.
Additional equipment: oven, baking sheet, parchment paper
Ingredients:
Butter Biscuits:
250g plain flour
100g caster sugar
100g butter
1 egg
1tsp baking powder
Lemon zest
Sabayon:
The key here is equal parts of each ingredient, so start by weighing your egg yolks and go from there
2 egg yolks (ours weighed 50g)
50ml Vermouth, Masala or dry white wine
50g caster sugar
