I can say that he is stronger than Exeller, but he is not overly strong like me or xeno or even exetior. Exetior is weak according to some because he was beaten by Fleetway in his super form, of course he did not know how exetior would use that power, so Fleetway defeated him easily, exetior was sure if he used his real powers. He would easily beat Fleetway.
