Delta usually departs out of the same gates to the same destinations out of most us airports

You are simply a very professional recorder. As far as I could recognised inside this video, even you doesn,t have the half size of a window. For looking outside. And anyhow I think, truly this is one of your ever BEST video, which I watched from you until this time. You,ve made your BEST from your bad "window"-seat. And very good I can imagine it,s not so very easy (espectially during take-off) to held both, your body AND camera soo perfectly steady. Both my THUMBS UP!! CONGRATULATING Netherelses very good I for myself can imagine your biig disappointing feels- and thoughts while during you boarded your plane back in HNL. I for myself have had this bad experience twice too.Onboard a German leisure airline "CONDOR" (DE) Boeing 757-300 and onboard a Boeing 737-800 of the now bankrupty German airline "airberlin" (AB). I for myself found out that most of the airline ground staff members hasn,t had the actual cabin-seating-configuration of their fleet in their mind or at their hands. Simply here only YOU YOURSELF can find the right seat onboard. By this way. Here for me, the homepage www.seatguru.com is a very good tool.
Espectially during this "red-eye" HNL - SEA flight, the dark blue illuminating cabin color fits perfectly.

I used to make this flight all the time on Northwest when I was stationed in Hawaii in the mid-late 1990s, back when you still would get paper tickets.
Northwest used the dc 10-40 on that route
I'm so sorry that you left Honolulu from that part of the terminal. Two months ago, I flew to the Western Caroline Islands and had to use that area for the first time in many years. That place is now so ugly! I got lost at one point because the runway views have been cut off. At least you got to see and video those special gardens which haven't been turned into fast food places yet. Hope you arrived home safely.

I am very, very positive surprised regarding the fully renovated and brandnew looking cabin interior of this aged DELTA Boeing 757-200. With it,s far bigger overhead baggage-bins (compartments) and the very soothing (the daylight-adjustable) bright cabin-lights which can illuminating the entire cabin into several brighter and darker colors. Like almost the Boeing-Sky-Interior Cabins inside this Company,s newest B-737-NG airliners. I belive flying DELTA is more enjoyable than for example UNITED and AMERICAN.
About a month ago I was on a flight to San Diego and I got the window seat and there was no window! I had to enjoy taxi, takeoff, and landing from the window in front of me

When the airline company squeezes more seat rows than the plane was designed for, you have seats that block the window. 😂

Strange route back to Paris ...I would have definitely flown delta non-stop to Atlanta than non-stop to Paris. Bigger more comfortable planes for sure. But otherwise always a sad flight leaving that island paradise.

Those 7:57 engines make a horrible noise I mean give you a headache and I've never been in at 757 that hasn't made that noise

One time in 2016, I was on a Hainan airline flight to Beijing. After they told us we were going. To be on a window seat, I was happy about it. When we boarded the plane, I was excited to see the window for 5 seconds to realize that we were at a no window seat. I kinda got upset to see a wall for the rest of the flight. Next time, don’t pick seat 56, 57, or 58 on a 787.

I hate the standard 757 config with etops, they never got the new TVs and the old tvs are unresponsive
the TVs is not too serious, it is the seats that are not very comfortable and especially the lack of space for the legs!
@@Razgriz-Flight-Spotting I find the seats fo be fine and the legroom is adequate (my legs aren't that long anyway), I just hate the old, small and unresponsive tvs
But if you lose one engine with the non-etops config, you may die. So what do you prefer ?
-Having an unresponsible Tv ?

@@matheo9246 I'd rather Delta keep their fleet consistent and upgrade their TVs, like they did on their other etops certified a/c: 757-200( exits behind wing), their 757-300, and 767-300, they all fly to Hawaii and have big, new screens and all are etops certified
