I just purchased action steps and it’s great im jus confused on different logos and how to adjust the colors for the best results and that look close enough to the proof window
Hey Tae. The Actions will get the seps close with the white base and white top. The white top generally will need tweaking. Depending on the graphic, some of the colors as well to get it close. Use the adjust features to kind of help dial everything in. If you want to email me something you're working on I can post an example of how I would go about adjusting it and what to look out for. info@mikeydesigns.com
Hi! Thank you so much for these tutorials. I am new and learning so much, but I have a question. It may be a silly question to those who have been doing this for a while but what is the purpose of taking the time to get the colors perfect when it prints in black anyway?
The closer you can get it in the separation process, the closer the print will look on press. The film is black and white just to block out the UV light to expose screens.
