I'd never gotten off for Veteran's Day, would have been nice, I have a whole bunch of Military in our family. I would prefer never to cook or bake but I do both. Had to laugh, 2 weeks ago my husband put the pie plate on the stove (I cracked up every time I saw it!). Anyway, finally broke down yesterday and baked a pumpkin pie. I'll admit it's pretty good, I make it very spicy! It is NOT cheating, it is just diverting funds! I can't believe you didn't get an IOU on the last roll, good job!!
