Talk about not seeing things coming...the 2017 Solar Eclipse in August was conjunct my natal Uranus in the 10th (Placidus) and I suffered a pulmonary embolism on the very day. I was hoping it meant a surprising new start in business. Yeah. No.
An excellent discussion, touching on astrological precepts originating in antiquity, also encompassing the Trivium and western metaphysics in general. A very illuminating and thought provoking dialogue between you and your guest.

WOW - amazing conversation!!! Just for the record, I have my Sun, Saturn (conjunct my Sun!), Mercury, and Venus - ALL - in the 12th house in an 'entrapped' Taurus - my Jupiter in the 6th house in an entrapped Scorpio (opposite my Sun) - AND - my Moon is in the 8th house (in Capricorn, no less!)...and, although my younger years were 'rough'...I have had a truly blessed life, so far (in my opinion). I guess, it's how one 'sees' it...a lot of people would say my life has been doomed/terrible...but I have loved my life and am so grateful and happy to be who I am!!! 💗💗💗

I must agree with Mr Hermes obsevations of the limits of Junoigian interpretations. I believe they can be a useful perceptual model but "For Jung, the projections are less real than the anima and less real than the psyche that perceives them; the projections are mere phantoms of the vital
power of the archetypes. For this reason, Jung became trapped in a subjectobject
dualism in which the subject was more real than the object. This
dooms Jung to solipsism, a closed world in which the perceived is nothing
