Been watching Jang for nearly a decade now- he's one of the most wholesome legends of Lego!
I need viewers on my channel, I have fun with legos too but, in an unconventional way.

The Jang is a legend. It's always good to see an update of his city! Been watching him for years and he inspired me to take up Lego again after a 30 year gap!

Jang really is an amazing inspiration, and the reason I got back into Lego in 2019. Such a pleasure to see another thorough review of his City, hear his thoughts, and where he's going. And also to see him stream on an almost daily basis!
I appreciate this a lot more than someone throwing 30 modular buildings on a table and calling it “their Lego city” lol 😂
In my opinion…. Folks that buy official Lego Modular sets, configure them to how they want, and add their own details and storylines with minifigures IS in fact making it to be “their own Lego city.” I’ve never seen two identical Lego cities out of all the videos I’ve seen on UA-cam.

I totally agree with what Jang says about viewablity at the beginning there. This is the way I have my collection set up. I can easily see & interact with pretty much every set I have as opposed to just having some massive city or like 10-15+ sets piled on a single shelf.

It’s good to see an update from the Jang. Came upon his channel around the time the pandemic had everyone staying at home for months and at that time he was releasing city updates monthly. I had been wondering why he had stopped releasing those updates for about a year now but it’s good to see he has still been working on it. Hope to see more updates from him soon!

I think this truly embraces what Lego is all about. Creation from your own design. This is a brilliant city.
Hearing him speak so fondly of San Francisco warned my heart. I know exactly the aquarium on Pier 39 he's talking about, it has one of those tunnels where you can see fish all around.
Don't forget there's the academy of science over by golden gate park they feature an aquarium and have an alligator pit.
I'm a huge fan of Jang, he is the reason I watch this kind of content, and it was watching his early videos that showed me that Bricklink was a thing, and his early haul videos grabbed my interest massively... because of the dudes voice. Just so calming. I know he gets embarrassed about that, but honestly, I wish I had that kinda voice. Instead its a bit rough 🤣 Thanks to you, Josh, and your team. I absolutely love how you put the underwater under the surface water and beach area instead of out beside it somewhere. Gives it so much more room for the mind to be able to picture the ocean floor. Incredible I absolutely love it

That small green mils plate would be perfect in between and a easy solution to cover up the mils the build the bottom front in green then you get the side walk still for pedestrians who can’t hike the rolling hills

There needs to be more terrain and depth of field for the lego city. Noticing a lot of empty areas that could be filled with trees of varying height (Brickcrafts for inspiration)

Very cool! I love Jang's videos. In them he seems relatively serious, measured, professorial, and even-handed almost to a fault. It's fun to seem him here relaxed and just enthusing with a fellow Lego AFOL.
Man, I have been anticipating any update on Jang’s city. Brings back a lot of childhood memories, I sincerely hope he starts sharing it with us again along with his custom stuff.

its geat to see jangs city again - hes one of the people who i first sw build a city back in 2019 when i first built a city (that i had to destoy everynight s i was only a kid and had no space) now i am 15 and after building a few mocs the past few years i am back to building a city now i have a proper desk space for ir so i can keep it build

Jang - have you ever thought of trying to get that elevated train to run all the way over to the zoo? Would create a major reason for its existence and would even make the 2 close stations make sense (even though I know they're not close in universe).

That was great. I have fond memories of the Mall cause that was the first build I remember Jang building when I found him. Oh and it's called Devil's Tower, and It's in Wyoming. I've been there, its awesome.

There is or was a tiny train at the Oakland Zoo that Jang probably went on. One of the San Francisco aquariums je might have been thinking of is the Steinhart Aquarium. They have a circular tank there that you can stand in the center of.

I recently discovered your channel, and have to say I love your approach to city building. I love designing my own building - but because of budgetary (and space) constraints, most of them have had to remain "digital" creations. Wish I had space to create like you do - very lucky! And I love the 'sky' curtain. :)

I like city's that are not like everyone elses. That's why I I'm subscribed to brickcrafts and new brickerton. They have unique city's from what I usually see. Everyone else's has the same buildings down to to the arch ways with rock work around them. Brickcraft uses custom buildings and new brickerton is a big fan of alternative bricks. I don't have alot of money so its nice to find someone like that.

It's a shame he took part of the city out, but I completely understand why. I watch Robin Hood Bricks a lot, and both him and Jang need to crawl underneath the tables to access a lot of it. I wouldn't be able to deal with it.
