Jesus is not the reason for the Christmas season. The Christmas season is all about trees and gifts and Santa Claus. This season is all built on family traditions and fables created over the years by many different people from many different cultures from many different countries.
Jesus, if he even existed, would not have been born in December he would have been born in the spring /summer time and he was supposedly born into humble circumstances so there is no way he would have all those bright lights and all the pomp and ceremony that is related to this manufactured money spending season.
It’s all made up just to get people to get into debt and overspend on material things that are mostly not needed
The Star only applies to Jesus if you believe in god. Not everyone is religious. So it becomes what ever they want it to mean.

Erin Karpluk (Mandy) had no idea at the time this movie was shot, she would've given this production a run for their money five years later playing in a tv show called Being Erica that evolves around the same idea of this movie, only much, much better executed.

It's such a dumb movie. She asked for a second chance and it's not like when she goes back in time she cannot remember anything, she remembers everything, even the fact that she made the wish and here she is still confused. Especially ontop of all that she has a guardian angel reminding her.
So, she missed out on eight years of her life. Imagine if they had had kids. She wouldn't remember giving birth to them or raising them for the first few years of their lives. She's happy, but I'm sad.
A wish, to still, just to end up in NEW YORK❓ The only constant in the movie. I agree story line, badly DONE. 👎

Well you can't leave your life over ,but, It is very real in fact it is so real that if you become a bride of Christ( that's male or female taking Jesus as Lord an savior you are a Bride of Christ.) When the RAPTURE comes, and it won't be long, you'll be in the new Jerusalem before the GREAT Tribulation starts the Great tribulation and you will Be younger. you will be 29 or younger I can promise you that. Radiant and beautiful and you'll be with your mate ,like your husband you had on the Earth, or wife you had on the Earth, or you'll meet someone new.

OMG. I wish things like this could be real! I've often wished I could be 20 years younger (now it's 25 years younger), living my life over, knowing what I know now. Did this movie make anyone sad instead of happy? She got a chance to do what none of us will ever have the chance to do. She actually changed the trajectory of her life. She changed history. The course of her life and that of many other people, was changed (apparently for the better) because she got the ultimate do-over.
I wish for your wish to be granted!!! I know this might sound incredible but the universe can actually give you a reset button!! Wish it and it can happen!!!

Among my favorites are the Dalai Lama (our material world is a mental illusion), Joel Osteen (God will take you places you have not even dream of), Deepak Chopra (the secret). Look for daily affirmations or prayer books. Keep asking the universe for blessings and it will happen...... (always remember to ask it is for the better GOOD of humanity) and to act accordingly. It requires patience and kindness!

How is it possible to have a "reset button" on one's life? Time only goes in one direction. Things happen that forever change us or change others or change the world in which we live. I've tried contacting people from my past over the years, but we've always lost touch again because they are busy with their families, their jobs, & their lives. I can't get back things & people I've lost. Opportunities come. Then they pass. They knock at your door, but they don't camp out on your doorstep. Everything has an expiration date.
The Dalai Lama's gonna die. All your wishful thinking is not going to stop you from dying.
