I think the way Marc Anthony treated her, how she put him and being a mom before her career to the point of losing her sense of self, caused her to want her and her creative endeavors to be put first. She put them before Ben to the extent Ben wasn't getting his needs met. Upon watching clips of her documentary, it was clear that everything was all about her. She disrespected Ben and ran roughshod over his need for privacy, including showing people she was working with the very personal book he made her of all their private communications. She seems demanding, insecure, controlling and self-centered. There was more than basic incompatibility at work; there was disrespect and disregard for Ben's needs. I was no fan of Ben and I liked JLo, but she showed the world a very, very selfish side to her, while Ben seemed to be trying hard to accommodate her.

Him being an ‘addict’ as this man is saying is NOT the reason for divorce. It is so obvious what happened and can be seen in ‘’the greatest loves story’’ which Jen released about them. Ben says he feels uncomfortable with her showing all his love letters to her, and says he does not approve of her level of flaunting. It is just crystal clear in that documentary that she is on her own building up this idea of a marriage whilst he is wanting out. Addict isn’t the problem here. She just needed to slow down, look at her husband and take in what he wanted to. She didn’t so here we go again. Divorce.

J ello needs for there to be action and attention all the time. She has been a performer for a long time. I do not see her as an artist but she has learned the trades and puts on a show.
