Eamon and Bec I am so happy you have honey in your diet. I have been vegan for over four years now but started consuming honey again about three months ago because I was unwell and found it healed me from the inside out. I buy local, sustainable honey from the farmers market and I adore it. I no longer call myself vegan because I think labels suck but I’m still powered entirely by plants 😊 your chai looks incredible!
Thank you for sharing your story with us! It's tricky to find the right "label" for us because of our honey consumption (when sourced locally) which is really why we HATE labels too. We believe in sharing our lives as open and transparently as we can and this is part of our lives (whether people choose to hate us for it or not) and are so appreciative of people like you who realize that we're just human beings doing our best :) Lots of love!
I am so happy to hear your stance on honey! We are plant based as well but totally enjoy using a local and reputable bee farmer/friend for all of its amazing healing properties. Thank you for elaborating on this for others 🐝❤️
Thank you for sharing your take with us Jessica! It's tricky to find the right "label" for us because of our honey consumption (when sourced locally) which is really why we HATE labels in the first place. We believe in sharing our lives as open and transparently as we can and this is part of our lives (whether people choose to hate us for it or not) and are so appreciative of people like you who realize that we're just human beings doing our best :) Lots of love!
ive decided to become vegan through watching your video's and today is my first day i'm so excited. can't wait for diner. thanks again and keep the awesome video's coming!
WOW!!! What an amazing thing to hear (read)! Thank you for sharing this with us. We are beyond thrilled and inspired to know that we've helped you with your journey. What's for dinner!??!
yeah it's been on my mind for a while to make a change and viewing your video's seeing the amazing food you guys eat and how much fun you have doing it and looking healthy, it's very inspirational to see :) tonight i am having rice, sweet potato saag aloo with chickpea flatbread, can't wait :) thanks again :)
I’m a new-ER subscriber and I always find myself waiting around for another video. All your videos seems so wholesome and are genuinely enjoyable. You guys have inspired me along with others to go vegan and I’ve really been contemplating the whole van life very seriously lately! Basically just a thank you for putting some good quality content out onto the internet, can’t wait for another vid.
Hey guys im long ago friends with Jordan from the Nomadic Movement and stumbled upon your channel and love your recipes! Just ordered some Chaiwala Chai and I cannot wait for it to come in!
Great video! Thanks for sharing the information about the honey you use. I’ve often wondered. My new food staple so far this year is a big batch of sautéed spinach with cannellini beans, tomatoes, and garlic. I put it on pasta, polenta, eat it alone, or add it to some broth for soup.
Stable breakfast for me is overnight oats. Super easy to make, really filling, and your breakfast is already made and ready when you get up in the morning so it's great for busy mornings. I'm a student so its easy, cheap, and pretty healthy. Plus you can never get bored since there are so many ways to make it
i know these videos were years ago but i recently came across you guys and have went back to the VERY FIRST vid and have been watching them in order. And have been obsessed!
Hey guys! Started watching you right after the video came out on Lauren's channel, and have been watching every single of your VEGAN VAN LIFE videos on repeat since! You guys are so fun to follow along with and are a great vegan, hustling couple. Keep it up!! 😬😬
Awe, thank you so so much!! We appreciate all your kind words and are so excited to welcome you to our YT family. Lots more vegan van life videos to come XX
Found this channel through Lauren's page. Never heard of you guys. Don't know the whole van back story yet...but I think i like these crazy van dwellin' kids. LOL
OOO I think we'd get along just fine there Audrey! We've also been on a loaded oatmeal kick for weekday breakfasts... so filling and so many unlimited topping options! AND an even bigger YAY for pancakes on the weekends... YES PLEASE!!
3 1/2 cups chickpea 1/2 cup of red onion 3/4 cup parsley 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp of dijon mustard 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp lemon juice Blend it in a food processor, I eat this alllllll the time on bread or over mixed greens
Great video, you guys. I love Lauren and her channel! Is that chickpea sandwich spread the one by Oh She Glows? I make that recipe all the time - definitely a staple for me!
I do use a food processor but think it could be done in a blender if you do a quick pulse... Simple falafel.... 2 cans of chick peas, 1 onion, heaps of garlic, herbs of choice (love ginger, turmeric, rosemary, cumin, paprika and mixed herbs) and salt/pepper, add any greens like fresh cilantro if you want or not and 1/2 cup of flower (of your choice like buckwheat) I just use self raising flower and water to get the right consistency. You can make any shape you want but I cook mine in a giant cookie shape and cut it up. Also if you add too much water just add more flour.
6.9% of vegans eat honey. I’ll wait for an agave option. Fun fact - bees and cactuses both have thorn like self defense mechanisms to keep the sweet, sweet nectars to themselves. :D
Like we always say, we are just here to share our life with you in the most open and transparent way we know how. No judgments or criticism either way :)
Lauren is awesome!! I have only been vegan for 2 year..well I should this year starting on my second-year .. and I found hot for foods and I've been following Loren for about 2 years now ..Well gone on 2 years.. and she has made so easy for me to come up with meals and fast and she's just amazing I just love her to death .. And she has made my journey with the vegan so much easier..
HERE, HERE!! Lauren was a BIG part of our vegan journey too. It is so fun to be able to connect with her and share some of her light and joy with our UA-cam family :)
Hi! I tried your chai at Creed's in Toronto! It was incredible. I want to buy some more next time I'm there. I think it was made with the same almond milk you used in this video. Do you know where to buy the barista series pacific brand in Toronto?
Celia D'Agostino hi Celia!! That's amazing! Thank you so much for your support 🖤. We purchase ours by the case so aren't sure of specific stockists. Maybe ask Jonah and the Creeds team if you could buy a carton from them? We've also seen it at a few Loblaws and Whole Foods ☺
Yes to judging days by food! If I ate good food, it was a good day. If I didn’t eat much or didn’t eat good food, it wasn’t a good day. Food is life! Lol And when I’m not eating, I’m usually thinking about what I will eat or planning what to make. My staple meal is actually a Hot for Food recipe: buffalo cauliflower “wings” + homemade vegan ranch. Just the best!!! Love you guys and Lauren. 😄❤️
Favorite go to breakfast is Old fashion Oatmeal, Pb2 powder, Chopped Carob bits... = Peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookie in a bowl. Evening meal...Rustic Hash...Button Mushrooms, onion, seasoned Red potato, sweet potato, and zucchini. All rough chunked cut then pan roasted. Add a fried egg and grated mozz. Toss in some spinach or greens if you want. very good.
Your go-to breakfast sounds insanely DELICIOUS!! Thanks for sharing. We made a hash once with the Minimal Millennials and I've always said we should incorporate that more into our staple recipes. Thanks for the reminder :)
It's hearty on a cold night. Comfort food for sure. People think hash is only what is slung at a diner or out of a can. It is not. Farm raised guy like me has to have a couple of vegetables in a meal. btw...Honey is woefully under appreciated and used. Honey Oatmeal cake rocks..
Because of you guys, I am now a vegan!😄 you guys are so inspiring and motivating. Idk if you guys already have a video on this but you guys should make a video where you talk about how to transition into veganism, tips, staples, vitamins we need etc. Love you guys so much!
Oh my goodness, I just tried your Chickpea Salad!!!!!!! It’s awesome! I am not vegan or vegetarian but I will definitely be making this again. Like maybe tomorrow!
Do you Chaiwalas sell your tea in compostable packaging? I'm trying to avoid plastic, and would love some loose tea from your online shop. It would be great if you included what kind of packaging you guys use on your website!
I love you guys so much! So happy I found you guys again and are thriving in your van. I look forward to ALL your vids, whether it it's "What We Eat In A Day" or when you let us follow you guys around on your day. You guys are NEVER boring. I always learn something from you guys andam always so entertained by your content. Keep up the awesome!!
Staple breakfast is overnight oats with raw cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger, a pinch of curcuma and black pepper, and frozen berries, with a nice plate of fruits on the side. Evening... I'd say either homemade lasagna, with one filling per layer (that way it's colorful and overflowing with veggies, haha :D) or chili with red beans, chickpeas, some lentils or TVP... or stew. I really can't decide, so long as it's filling and can be made in big batches, I'm happy :D
Staple dinner: Buddha bowls with literally whatever I have laying around. Add a grain, a leafy green, and whatever veg you have with some sort of dressing. Perfect for using up leftovers. I'd also like to file an official request for a recipe for these chickpea sandwiches that you're currently obsessing over :) Much love, buds!
Hi Meghan!! Buddha bowls is a nicer name for what we call our "kitchen sink" dish haha. Because we have such a small space and hate wasting food we are constantly making a salad or bowl with anything and everything we've got left!! I've linked a rough recipe for the chickpea sandwiches in the description box... we are OBSESSED!! MUCH LOVE right back at ya XX
Some of my go-to meals are cinnamon oatmeal sweetened with maple syrup, pb and banana smoothie with chocolate almond milk and protein powder, and pasta with some kind of cashew-based cream sauce.
OH MY BUDDHA... my tummy is grumbling just reading this! It's funny because I never enjoyed creamy pastas until I went vegan and they were cashew based. YUM!! Thank you for sharing Jesse XX
Found out about you two today thanks to your collab with Lauren and i'm already obsessed. Now i'm dying to live the van life too, no joke. Keep up the awesome content, i'm catching up with all your videos as we speak :)
Hey Oliver!! We made acai smoothie bowls. Check the description box for more info whenever we make a food video as I try to include either a recipe or a little more about what we've whipped up in the kitchen that day. BIG LOVE!
A meal I've been loving is palak tofu (or saag). I think that would be a good compromise between wanting Indian food but also having an aversion to curry. And it's such a quick and easy one-pot meal, perfect for your small kitchen and awesome blender!!
Eamon & Bec thewanderlustkitchen.com/vegan-palak-paneer/ this one looks good but I would also add garam masala, lemon juice and nooch to the sauce. I use frozen spinach, so if you thaw that and blend with the water to put it in the pot last, it stays greener! Also the tofu step looks pretty involved on this one, I just cube and chuck it in... you could sub garbanzo beans or cooked root veggies in place of tofu. Happy cooking!
Hey guys! My wife and I are starting van life soon and we are wondering if you could set up your kitchen again would you make it with more counter space or does your set up work good? Thanks Eamon and Bec we LOVE your channel!
OK, we just finished my kick-ass chickpea sammies with avocado=so YUMMMM! Our staple is (besides always having hummus in the house) a mixture of rice, black beans, salsa, and corn. We can do so much with it and change it up a dozen different ways. Roll it, bowl it, chip it......YUMMY! I loved everything about this video, Lauren is such a doll~Big hugs~xoxo
I love brothy anything and thought that was such a good idea (I have someMung bean Dahl in my fridge that needs some new life for dinner tonight)...also, Bec, where did you get that amazing blue cardigan? Love the videos guys! This one was particularly nice:)
Love thisssssss! Excited that you did the collaboration with Lauren! Also appreciate you talking about honey! I don't consume it as a vegan- also because I don't have a good source available, but I love when people in the vegan community are open and honest, and not so judgemental! We are all making an impact, and it is important to focus on that rather than all our differences 😉 you guys are killin' it! Keep rocking and doing amazing things!
Hi Camille! We've heard lots about you from Adamo! Love your desire to pursue an alternative life that fulfills you both with happiness and purpose. Enjoy the binge... we hope you'll come to love us too :)
Oh wow, always so humbled and flattered to hear about others chatting about our content and sharing with one another about the van/vegan life. Thank you for your kind words :) Becca
So cute and funny this episode ! My food obsession is rice flakes porridge with vanilla, bananas, blueberries and maple sirup, it's so good I can't stop ! Love from Paris !
My favorite breakfast is toasted sourdough with avocado and onion powder, sometimes diced tomatoes, and my go-to snack lately has been a spoonful or two of peanut butter and honey 😀👌💜
I was just about to be "that vegan" and say, "You're using honey???"...and then y'all explained where you stood on the sticky😉 situation...can I just say I love you guys?! Because you guys have been the few people that say "Just do your best" and I love that! No judgment...so your Roobios tea doesn't have the honey, right? Also, does your stove not have knobs to adjust the size of the flame? Yes, always love the WIE videos because it gives me ideas of what I can eat. Btw, I'm so scared to try vegan mayo because I had a bad incident with avocado mayo that was DISGUSTING. What kind do you guys like? Keep up the great vids! Looking forward to your Mexico trip! Much Love, Holly
OMG you had Lauren cook for you how awesome!! My staple is homemade garlic hummas with vegan mayo and sliced avacado with dried fruit inside panini style sandwich. Cut in half of course Earth balance butter on the outside. I drizzle Tahini on the outside and in the plate to wipe my sandwich ends in the glorious tahini. That's my signature sandwich. Ka-Boom!! Instant comfort in heaven.
Minimalist Baker is a staple for go-=to recipes for us too! Never tried her lentil chilli recipe though... thanks for the recco!! Have you ever tried any of Lauren's Hot For Food recipes?!
I love chickpea sandwiches too, I used to make them allllllll the time. I switch up my meals a lot but rice with some kind of main (veggie burger, beans, eggplant, tofu) with like some side veg is classic.
I keep saying... I wonder if this is a phase because I literally crave chickpea sandwiches EVERY DAY for EVERY MEAL! I don't want to get sick of them so I'm trying to limit it haha but I'm in love!
staple veg meal: mixed greens with hummus dressing (hummus, lemon juice, & dill weed) and cherry tomatoes, avocados, and any other veggies I have on hand to top it off!
Thanks guys, that was super interesting and fun to watch. So inspiring. I’m now heading over the Lauren’s channel to check her out! The bonus was Bec explaining about and then make that amazing, yummy sounding and looking sticky chai. - 2 WAYS! Thanks Bec! I gotta get me some and also some for my daughter who is crazy about proper chai after visiting India last year!!! Sorry guys a little edit 1) if I use coconut milk to make my chai will that interfere with the taste? 2) you guys are inspiring, as I said, but I think I’ll try going vegetarian first as I think it’s a good first step. I don’t mind eating eggs, honey etc if I know that they have come from well treated chooks (like from a friends backyard coop). Did you guys go straighten to being vegan or have you always been vegan? Just curious... Duh, I should learn to read all the stuff under your videos BEFORE commenting 🤦♀️ Sp, my oldest daughter (28) and her partner started eating vegan a year or more ago and she makes falafel with soaked and sprouted, but not cooked, chick peas. They are healthier than canned and taste amazing. If you’re interested I’ll happily type up her recipe for you. They are also super yummy as leftovers in sandwiches etc too! Anyways, I would love to know your thoughts re coconut milk in chai. Thanks 😊
Our goal is to keep our platform an open, transparent and safe space. We share in the hopes that you feel comfortable sharing in return with no judgment or criticism of what one another eats, believes etc :)
Agree, David Macdonald. Hopefully they will find other alternatives that do not exploit bees. Btw, I do appreciate their transparency about the issue, that way as a vegan consumer I am aware of which of their products are vegan. :)
Yay!! What an awesome combo of UA-camrs - Eamon & Bec + Hot For Food!!! Loved the video! :D My staple is definitely the 2nd thing I consume every morning (1st thing is my vegan probiotic drink). 2nd thing is my vegan protein shake: rice milk + frozen banana + frozen pear + frozen strawberries or blueberries + Garden of Life all-in-one nutritional shake (powder) + some water. Whip it up in my Vitamix, chug it down, and I'm nutritionally and digestively set up for the rest of the day!
OO we may just have to try that shake out!! Sounds like a nice refreshing smoothie for our upcoming travels to warmer places haha I find I get so chilly drinking cold smoothies in this Canadian winter. Thanks for your love Gen and for sharing your GO-TO recipe :)
F'shizzle!! (I've decided to revive that word. Lol.) I've learned from my naturopath that bananas are a cooling fruit and pears are a warming fruit. Who knew? Not this kid. So as I'm chugging through our chilly winter in The 6, I'm trying to incorporate those kinds of foods in my breakfast. Sometimes I alternate and make hot rice cereal and then add maple syrup and vanilla rice milk. Maybe try that during our deep freeze :)
I love your videos, thanks for sharing them! Could you use Maple syrup or agarve nectar instead of honey? Is there a reason you couldn't use Canadian Maple Syrup? Re. staple meals, my go-to staple meal is veg stir fry.
Ugh next week is way too long to wait for another video lol torture!! That curry looked delicious!! Tried to make a curry once and it did not work out! I make smoothie bowls all the time and they’re delicious. My fav is the chocolate peanut butter smoothie bowl
Thanks for the recipes guys... can’t wait to try the Dahl and Chickpea Sandwich 👍 Mashed Avocado on toast with diced cherry tomatoes is one of my staples 🥑🍅
Hiiiiii, made the chickpea sandwich filling and absolutely loved it... also made the Dahl, that was epic!! So delicious 😋 Thanks for the recipes. I don’t know if you are thinking of doing a video about how you started you business and how much it cost you to start up, but I would really appreciate it if you did, or if you were able to advise me how you went about starting your tea business. I want to do something around Vietnamese Coffee, but just not sure how to get started or how much money I would need?? I’m based in the UK, so know costs would be different, but any advice you can send will be grateful received. 👍 Keep posting the fab videos, you guys are hilarious. Safe drive south. Xx
Solar just doesn't charge batteries... Solar gets electrons moving. So batteries are not needed, unless you want more energy than your solar panels can handle or if you want power when there's not enough sun.
I was waaaay too amused at Lauren's recipe?! vid to not pop over to your channel & check you guys out. Too cute...and oh yes, I ABSOLUTELY judge my day by how well I've eaten too💚

I love that he was contemplating getting the snow. 😂
HAHA I know right?! Thought it would be a good smoothie thickener hahaha
I think I would've😂
making that chai latte just made me order it from you.
Amazing! Thank you for your support Kimberly XX
Although wish there was less pricey way to ship to me in the states so I can reorder. :( ...but if it's good chai I might not care. :)
I Love Lauren's channel!!! I love when great people work together. Awesome Collaboration!!!
ladyindeed thank you for spreading the love for veganism and van life and our worlds colliding!! We appreciate you 🤗
I'm a baby to the Vegan Life but OMG its Amazing especially now that we have UA-cam as a platform to learn from others!!! WHOOT WOOO!!!

It was SUCH A BLAST hanging with Lauren!! Glad you enjoyed it as much as we did :)
Tell me more about this cheesy popcorn 🧐 sounds awesome 😛
Staple meal for me is homemade falafel with couscous and veggies!!
Christina O'Kell oo we'll have to include it in an upcoming foodie video because our cheezy popcorn is soooo yummy!!
Christina O'Kell do you have a good recipe for falafel to share?! Always looking to improve ours ☺
Ohhhh falafel! Can it be done without a food processor? I won't buy one because they're a pain to clean
It's the heart of our home hahah!
you guys eat so clean--is that why your skin is so good?
If we had to guess, we'd say that what we eat is a big part of it :)
Favorite go to breakfast is Old fashion Oatmeal, Pb2 powder, Chopped Carob bits... = Peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookie in a bowl.

Natural chunky peanut butter on whole wheat with crushed salt and vinegar potato chips crushed on top. I eat it every morning.
What really?!!? Salt and vinegar chips on toast... MIND BLOWN!
Your little talk about honey and why you eat it 👌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Sara A thank you for your support 🤗🤗
Came from Lauren's channel. Currently binge watching your videos. Subscribed✨

Good point Jaclyn! I don't think we highlight all the great things we do enough! YES, our packaging is 100% compostable :)
Awesome!!!! I'll be buying some very shortly. Thanks for getting back to me.
Of course, thank you for your support love XX
I love you guys so much! So happy I found you guys again and are thriving in your van. Hola! New sub coming over from Lauren's channel. I have to hear more about that cheesy popcorn! :)
WOOHOO!! Welcome to our UA-cam family lovely. We are so happy to have you here.... and YES, cheesy popcorn is DIIIIVINE! XX
Favorite comfort food is grilled cheese on squaw bread (using FYH provolone and Miyoko Schinner's butter recipe). Overnight oats are a close 2nd.
great vid guys, acai doesn't beat the classic green tho...would love to see that up on the vlog one of these days
;)
Thanks Camrano!! We've highlighted the classic green a few times but never in a proper What We Eat in a Day vid. Good suggestion!
Staple breakfast is overnight oats with raw cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger, a pinch of curcuma and black pepper, and frozen berries, with a nice plate of fruits on the side.

BY FAR! My staple is rice, my fav salsa and whatever Veggie chicken I have on hand. It's super quick and I love flavours!!
Bec your explanation about the honey was killer, and spot on, and super inspiring. Love it.
Thank you Lilian. I know that not everyone agrees on this topic and I do not judge anyone either way. Just thought I'd share my take :)
my first reaction was "what, honey?" and i'm really glad you had the follow up bc that sounds a-okay to me! :D
Subscribed to you guys straight after seeing the video on Lauren’s channel! Your lifestyle is super intriguing, love you guys already!!
Yes more of the food vlogs! I'm liking the inspiration. What was in the packet you added to your smoothies?? Love u guys
OO okay thanks for the idea Lydia!! Do you have a specific recipe you like to follow?! Would love to learn your fav way to prepare :)
I just want to sit down and eat with you both. Everytime I watch your food chef skills, it's like mouth watering!!!! Makes me super hungry ha! 🤤😆
Being an Indian I dont drink chai a lot...but its nice to see you guys embrace, promote chai and its benifits.
Thank you for your kind words Vishal!
I’ve been wishing for this collab!!!!!
My fiance Adamo told me about you guys. I'm going to binge watch your videos now! Huge fan of Lauren ☺
Hi Camille! We've heard lots about you from Adamo! Love your desire to pursue an alternative life that fulfills you both with happiness and purpose. Enjoy the binge... we hope you'll come to love us too :)
I was just talking about your videos with another runner on trail this weekend. Love the van/vegan combo. Bec you're gorgeous too.
Oh wow, always so humbled and flattered to hear about others chatting about our content and sharing with one another about the van/vegan life. Thank you for your kind words :) Becca
so excited!! there is a local tea shop that carries your tea!! :D going to try it tmrw!!
I love that you call Eamon "Buddy" sometimes..... haha
when editing back our content I realize how often I call him that!!
I’m from Canada and it’s not freezing here! Vancouver Canada. Next time say what part. Canada is a huge country, not all of it is below zero.
Hello fellow Canuck. Most of our YT family knows that we are based in Toronto, Canada and that we are of course not referring to our entire country!
love watching you guys seem really genuine
So cute and funny this episode ! My food obsession is rice flakes porridge with vanilla, bananas, blueberries and maple sirup, it's so good I can't stop ! Love from Paris !
My go to is always: rice, beans, guac, pico, and fajitas with portobello mushroom. Its simple and always good
My favorite breakfast is toasted sourdough with avocado and onion powder, sometimes diced tomatoes, and my go-to snack lately has been a spoonful or two of peanut butter and honey 😀👌💜
*DROOLING* can you tell we're just a weeee bit obsessed with food?!!?
Much Love,
Holly
OMG you had Lauren cook for you how awesome!! My staple is homemade garlic hummas with vegan mayo and sliced avacado with dried fruit inside panini style sandwich. Cut in half of course Earth balance butter on the outside. I drizzle Tahini on the outside and in the plate to wipe my sandwich ends in the glorious tahini. That's my signature sandwich. Ka-Boom!! Instant comfort in heaven.
I just purchased your original Chaiwala canister. Can't wait to try it!
I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS COLLAB!
SO ARE WE!!! Have always admired Lauren and turned to hot for food for delicious recipes!!
Favorite vegan meal black bean burgers 😋! Ordered some of your chai tea, can’t wait till it makes its way to Kansas, USA so I can try it!
Oh wow! Thank you for your support Lynn. We really appreciate it!! All the best
I like how real u guys are. Chickpea sandwhich sounds amazeballs
Just out of curiosity: are the benefits of the honey still there when it's heated?
We make Minimalist Baker’s 1-pot lentil chili about every week. It’s hardy and awesome.
Minimalist Baker is a staple for go-=to recipes for us too! Never tried her lentil chilli recipe though... thanks for the recco!! Have you ever tried any of Lauren's Hot For Food recipes?!
Eamon & Bec we haven't, but we'll definitely look into her recipes. Thanks!
Superbe vidéo 👌😊
Are you still planning a South America trip ?
Bonne journée 👋
Thanks Guy! Yes, we are headed for Central America in the coming weeks :)
Ah! yes, finally. The video we've all been waiting for ! :)
HAHAH YESSSSS! Us too. Been itching to share this with you! Let us know what you think lovely girl XX
/ appreciate the chai tutorial, thanks!
Hum...click on your link to buy your chi blend and the link doesn’t work. It states, error page not found.
First off, thank you so much for wanting to support us. You can visit www.chaiwalachai.com and go to the shop page!!
staple veg meal: mixed greens with hummus dressing (hummus, lemon juice, & dill weed) and cherry tomatoes, avocados, and any other veggies I have on hand to top it off!
YUUUMMM! Recently so obsessed with hummus as a dressing too! I can't believe I only just thought of it and have been missing out this whole time!
Thanks 😊
Thank you for talking about honey.
LOVE this collab! You guys are so great.
You guys are amazing! Lauren is amazing! I'm so happy.
My staple sandwich is a tofu eggless salad sandwich... it's so good!
YUM, that sounds like our chickpea salad sandwich! Obsessed. And yes... Lauren IS amaaazzziiing!!
Can I use the ‘cute little pot’ ( I used to have a vintage one) on a glass top stove? Btw, love you guys and Lauren!
OO well would ya look at that.. learning something new every day! Thanks for the tips Gen. Have a happy, snowy day!
Thank you! Love to you both! xo
I love your videos, thanks for sharing them! Could you use Maple syrup or agarve nectar instead of honey? Is there a reason you couldn't use Canadian Maple Syrup?
Re. staple meals, my go-to staple meal is veg stir fry.
Please come up with one with no honey! Would love to order sans honey! Great teamwork!
Did you go to their site? One is with, one without, when I looked. Plenty of vegans eat honey, including me.
Love bees, honey but allergies
Where did you get the frozen acai from!? I've been on the hunt for weeks!
We picked it up from our local grocer Lady York Foods! Happy hunting XX
New sub, thanks Lauren! You guys are fun to watch. 👍
Do you guys have any issues with condensation in the winter?
I’m not vegan or vegetarian and don’t intend on being one but I love and try some of your recipes amazing , fantastic video guys thank you
Ugh next week is way too long to wait for another video lol torture!! That curry looked delicious!! Tried to make a curry once and it did not work out! I make smoothie bowls all the time and they’re delicious. My fav is the chocolate peanut butter smoothie bowl
New favorite breakfast: Homemade peanut butter, low sweetened granola and a banana. Keeps me full all morning.
Eamon is on an oatmeal kick right now too and I have to agree it does keep us full all day! I think I'm more of a smoothie girl :)
I have watched every video already! love y'all eamon and bec!🚐❤
Hahaha YOU are too sweet Carmen!! Welcome to our little bubble on the internet... we're so excited to have you join our YT family XX
my Staple breakfast is two pieces of toast with peanut butter and sliced strawberries on top.
How do you make the chic pea tuna salad? It looks so good.
Hi Rebecca! I wrote a rough recipe in the description box. ENJOY XX
Eamon & Bec lol. Sorry. I guess i should have scrolled a little further down. Thank you!
you two make the yummiest looking food and tea
Thanks for the recipes guys... can’t wait to try the Dahl and Chickpea Sandwich 👍
Mashed Avocado on toast with diced cherry tomatoes is one of my staples 🥑🍅
YUMM, smashed avo with cherry tomatoes is AMAZING!! Try the chickpea sandwich and let us know what you think... we LOVE!
Eamon & Bec 😍
Hiiiiii, made the chickpea sandwich filling and absolutely loved it... also made the Dahl, that was epic!! So delicious 😋 Thanks for the recipes.
I don’t know if you are thinking of doing a video about how you started you business and how much it cost you to start up, but I would really appreciate it if you did, or if you were able to advise me how you went about starting your tea business. I want to do something around Vietnamese Coffee, but just not sure how to get started or how much money I would need?? I’m based in the UK, so know costs would be different, but any advice you can send will be grateful received. 👍
Keep posting the fab videos, you guys are hilarious. Safe drive south. Xx
Solar just doesn't charge batteries... Solar gets electrons moving. So batteries are not needed, unless you want more energy than your solar panels can handle or if you want power when there's not enough sun.
Thanks for the clarification! We're just a couple of wannabe solar experts haha always more to learn :)
I was waaaay too amused at Lauren's recipe?! vid to not pop over to your channel & check you guys out. Too cute...and oh yes, I ABSOLUTELY judge my day by how well I've eaten too💚
Haha kindred spirits! Welcome to our channel Catherine -- we're so excited to have you here and show you a bit more of our lives XX
Bro. Seriously eating lentil curry right now. Blowing my mind.
Great vid!!!! Love it!! 2nd comment!! I'm in Ireland!
Woohoo for 2nd comment! Big hugs to you all the way in Ireland!
I love your videos of "what I eat in a day"
We love you RUTH!!
Can you guys do a minimalist closet tour living in a van?
My staple are dates and dried figs for snacking 💕
