The question Who am I is nothing compared with where was I before 100 or 1000years.This thoughts process going through a very narrow path and lasts in full reality.The way is very hard and narrow that is not easy to realise it.

Their perception is beyond normal people an they have to be very strong to withstand everyday life, an not seclude themselves, much less go public like Sadhguru. Know your words an their conscious meaning, not just speaking what sounds pleasant in the moment. Doing so will help you evolve as an individual.
There is no experience of who you are truly because what you are seeking is already within you. Neither there is any distance also, just needs a clear understanding of what is what, that’s all the job is done. Yoga and meditation helps those who’s mind is dull.
