I'm going snaring for the first time tomorrow. My dad still prefers his crab cooked in a hot wok with garlic and black bean sauce. He's old school Cantonese. Great video

Thanks! Black bean crab is also delicious. My dad used to cook blue crab like that all the time growing up. Hope you have some success out there crabbing 👍

@@woodenworker9106 for this crab, I didn't use it. Didn't want to worry about domoic acid poisoning. It might've been fine though. I'll usually steam it and eat it with rice. Good stuff 😌
