Well, you get full marks for recreating the song to sound exactly like the original. But, personally, when I hear a cover I want to hear something different that makes it unique to the band that does it. But still, amazing job recreating this. Probably wasn't easy.
Honestly you'd have to try it out on your voice to see. I definitely prefer it to Neumann's in similar price range (or lower). It sounds more expensive than an AKG 414, but is not as flexible as the 414. There is just a small bump with EQ at 3K and maybe a little 12k shelf in this mix. It's a bright mic, but not harsh. It obviously cuts through a dense mix such as this one. Kiwi is a great mic; does wonders on acoustic guitars.
