    Having been diagnosed in 2005 with Fibromyalgia and ME, this is the first flow I’ve EVER done which feels like it would be suitable for when having a flare up. Thank you so so so much for taking the time to do this. 🙏🏼💗💛🧘🏻‍♀️

    Thank you! You have changed my life. I've tried to find someone that understands fibro and goes at a speed that I can keep up with. (as well as having a voice that isn't annoying) I now do yoga with you every morning and a lot of days, I will get a session in through the day. I can finally sleep and my pain has gone from excruciating to barely there. I feel like a person again. I can't thank you enough for these videos! ❤️🧘🏻‍♀️🕉️

    I've been very tense for almost 2 years and eventually I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a couple of months ago. Since then, I've been trying to relax and find a way to live with that. This is the first time I am doing yoga for fibro and I found it really helpful. I really needed this for my back pain, I feel better now and will do it regularly. Thank you very much 💖💖

      @@denizkaygusuz6691 I've been living with fibro for almost 25 years now. I am not even 40 years old. I've had a double discectomy and fusion of three vertebrates in my neck last year. I was looking at having a similar surgery on my lower back this year. I found these videos helped my back so much I'm not going to have my surgery anytime soon if at all. I've been an excruciating pain 24/7 I couldn't sleep and I couldn't sit and I couldn't stand. If you do these, just one video a day, I'm about 99% sure that your back pain will be relieved if not go away! I'm so sorry to hear about your diagnosis, it can be depressing to hear that, so is very important to stay in a positive frame of mind and these videos have done that for me! I hope they do the same for you! ❤️

    Thank you! I have fibromyalgia and have been meaning to try some yoga. Stumbled upon this video and just gave it a try. It was so lovely! It’s a nice mix of stretching and relaxation. It didn’t feel like I was overdoing it. In fact, by the end, it actually helped some of the back pain I was experiencing! I call that a major win! Definitely making this a part of my daily routine! 💖

    I was wondering if you have any more sessions for fibromyalgia or seniors. I have tried other sessions for fibromyalgia but find yours very good. Gently stretching the muscles is key for helping fibromyalgia pain

    this was so lovely to follow, thank you! i don’t have fibro but another chronic illness that’s similar in some ways, really appreciated the chance to slow down and reconnect with my body’s cues and limits today 💛 i never even thought about popping a blanket over my mat to make it more comfortable, i immediately ran to grab my fluffiest blanket when i heard that suggestion 😂

      You're so welcome! The the style of movement in this class is mostly for stretching and to hopefully feel good (rather than building muscle and loose fat - Which 'toning' is). Hope that helps and have a great week! x

    I really want to try this, but my main difficulty will be any position where I have to get on my knees... it’s just too painful to get on my knees for more than a few seconds!😕🙏❤️

      Hey Robin, there's just one move when we're on our knees and you're welcome to skip that one out or pop a blanket or two underneath your knees if that helps at all :) x

    I find it hard to 'drape' forwards, I get stuck. Is this something that might improve with time do you think?

      Hey Lynsey and Polly :) Is that in the standing forward fold? If so, take your feet a bit wider (maybe as wide as the mat) and bend your knees so your tummy rests on the thighs.... This will give you a little more 'draping' sensation . Hope that helps! xxx

      @@lynseyandpolly480 Hey! That makes sense 🙂Don't worry about how far you can go, try to focus on draping and relaxing wherever you are ❤.... For more comfort though, if you sit on a pillow or yoga block to elevate your hips slightly, this can give some people more space to drape forwards more comfortably.... This seated forward fold break down might be helpful: ua-cam.com/video/CNRLcEPJdIU/v-deo.html But remember to not push it and work with whatever your body is happy with x x x

    You're incredible!! Your voice and words, guidance, everything is so incredibly soothing 😌 My fibromyalgia has gotten mild and at times severe this last year. I've gotten severaly depressed and today I will no longer take it and am making the changes I need to feel better and to be happy!! I will continue coming back to you each day, Thank you🙏❤❤

      If it's not for the viewers then for whom you have arranged the background music. So make music not audible to the viewers. Viewers are interested in your fibromyalgia exercises. Your answer is not convincing the viewers shows that you not interested to cure fibromyalgia. ​@@WellWithHels
