To be super straight forward...pick up a daw and just keep making beats everyday, multiple beats if you can crank em out. Personally I learn more and more and something new the more I make beats. I made 50 beats in 2 weeks, 2 weeks ago and wanted to scrap everything i made before that because I learned so much and elevated my production just pushing myself to make 50 in 2 weeks! Now one thing I can say that helped elevate me and start understanding it a little more was learning scales last year! Hope this helps. KC
@KCBeatzDotcom I just got Kontakt and was wondering if you knew how to make multiple MIDI Outs for it? So I can channel Polyplex, Monark and Spark through 1 Kontakt player? I read a comment below that said Kontakt was your 'go to' at one point so I thought you'd know, I researched on the net and havent found an answer. Thanks
+RocketshipSails Yeah on the main panel there is "Midi Ch" and it's set to one looks like [A] 1 and set it to the channel to what you want and or go to the wrapper setting (In Fl Studio) and set the midi input channel.

+RocketshipSails what you could do is get your melody or what ever you need to do with Kontakt then export that as a wav and bring it back into the the session. uses way less ram and allows you to use your other plugins
Um...Synth1 I think is a free one...but free vst's usually don't have too good of a sound interface. Look to investing in good vst and you will have a way better mix and sounds for days! Thanks for watching!
