🎈🎈🎈CONGRATULATIONS TOM🎈🎈🎈
Today is the fifth year anniversary since you started the channel for real in front of the raw milk machine
How crazy is that!! 5 years!!
@@TomPembertonFarmLife Super, Tom! You have been a real influencer. Your positive attitude keeps me watching and looking forward to your next video. Hope Jo is feeling better.
It's great to see the respect you and your dad have for each other and the team work you have. 💞🇺🇲
I wish every child could have a relationship like Tom does with The Ginger Warrior. ❤️💯
I’m not a farmer but I had a lot of farming friends when I was a student and it’s so nice to listen to you & your dad explain what goes on and it makes sense. So interesting to listen to you both but also lovely to hear that your cows are at the heart of everything you do
As always you guys back your words with proof, those cows were loving it, they weren't pushing an excess of the silage around looking for the sweetest of the lot, because the whole of the lot was sweet, they just ate down till they got eye deep and then pushed the grass to lower the level so it didn't block their eyesight. Happy cows keep you happy now.
Been watching since start of lockdown my favourite channel and best farming channel on UA-cam... keep em coming lad
Great to see how you and your Dad get on together . every day is a day of learning and you are learning from the best.🚜🇮🇪☘️
The Clamp silage looked really well conditioned amazing how it did not just ferment and go by the way side. Good luck the moo moo's are looking awesome also!!
Hey Tom next cut you put in that bunk put a piece of covering plastic on the side going down onto the floor a couple feet and have the rest run up and over the wall. Put the cuttings in and pack them then pull the plastic you draped over the wall and pull it over the silage. Then cover like normal. You will discover the silage on the edges stay dry doing that. Check sask dutch kid out on here. Thats how they do it and have very good luck with it.
Haha love the background message written at 0:47 🤣 can't make out who "is a twat" tho
Good spot 🤣🤣🤣🤣
funny thing is he tried blurring it but failed lol
@@Dan-mu5oy wasn't blurred on the original thats been edited 🤣
🤣
It was worth watching this just to hear your Dad say "loovely stooff". Semi - retired now but I know exactly what he means; tho' there's not much silage here in western Queensland
Well done lad's love looking at yeah farming seriously good farmers tidy farm and excellent farmers
Great to see all the noses down and tucking in. Great to see the clamp has done well
Even a blind man can see how much in love the Ginger is with his farm.
I really like the feed wagon
Uncle Ginger always with a classic explanation 4:18 10:11 11:27
I’m new to the page I have been watching for two months
I nearly pissed myself when I read the message written in the dirt on the feeder wagon at the start of the video. 😂😂
That ginger guy is the best 🚜👍🏼
Happy cows there great video.
You need a vultra s394 in your life tom!would look great on the farm
Are you planning on on reusing the black plastic covering the clamps? I think you said you wanted to last year.
has brand new shed for cows and what does he put in it slurry spreader nice work tom lol And good sign cows love it heads are down.Do you had anything to silage in the mixer?
My old boss used to say ten minutes greasing is less down time. Never had trouble with bearings or joints. Wished it could be said for me and a lot of other gentlemen. Pemberton's cow are the best looked after cows in the country, the Ginger warrior certainly knows how to look after them. Hope he enjoys his little break, but I bet he still worries about the farm when he's away.
well i was surprised to see bales of hay as weights on you feed piles .how ugly are the dead tires seen on other farms ? we can see you love being a farmer !
You should print the proof in the pudding will be in the eating on a t shirt tom.
Great content again
Great video, question do you still have the cow from your profile picture ?
Looks like ginger guy wanted a portion lol 😂
We miss the milking content. Love your channel!
I’m sure that poor old Case 885 needs a needs set of 🥾!!
Are you getting a MooLoo for your new bulinding
Who's a twit ? 🤣🤣😅
Looks some good stuff , you can't beat the smell of silage 👍👍 love yer Dad !!
it wasn't twit lol
@@Dan-mu5oy 😉😅😂🤣
Nice video 👍
Wait have u done 3 cut
Good video ton cant believe you got copyrighted
curious tom ,once your new barns up and running, will you still need to use the barns at the rented place? for cattle silage or both as you currently do, or can you save cash with loosing one or both over there ?
We will keep both but be more spread out is the idea ☺️
I didn't quite catch the writing in the dirt on the Keenan's big cog ? Can anyone assist please ?
Yo
Does your ground ever really dry out? I think not.
It’s pretty dry now tbh Hope you well jim
I like how to try and blur out the message written on the cow feeder but we saw what it said 😂😂
I never seen a cow not try out food
I have! It has to bad though or they think the grass outside is better
Who’s Ross? 😂😂
who wrote that on the diet feeder lol
Have you heard about potty trained cows? Lol
@everyone start sending Tom wedding invitations lol
I have, crazy to think 🤦♂️😂
@@TomPembertonFarmLife if you have time do you think you'll ever try this 😂😂. iono if it wil be a good idea for when cows are in the shed.
I'm not a farmer, but I love listening to your dad explain why you do what you do at a soecific time, how it benifits the health of the cows. Keep it up. Knowledge from experience
Thankyou for watching them, glad you enjoy it ☺️
Enjoy the time working with your Dad Tom. I enjoyed working with my wonderful Dad. Sadly these days don't last forever. he passed away nearly 2 years ago. Life will never be the same. Thanks for sharing your farm adventures.
Ditto this comment! My Dad passed away when I was 11. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss him. It warms my heart to watch the bond between Tom and his Dad.
What was the graffiti on the inside of the machine cover again LOL
😂 me and mate used to send each other notes years ago. And it’s still there and being a young 21-22 you can imagine what the notes said 😂
@@TomPembertonFarmLife'
How I love all the steps you take us through: the greasing machines, the waving at neighbors driving by, the explanation of silage and grazing, you and your father working together, and the cows enjoying their evening feed...they were licking their lips and happy as could be. You bring such joy to see it all and your care to details. AMAZING STUFF!
I thought that was Olly Harrison in his Bateman when first viewed through the trees !
☺️
Farming is a lifestyle and we take pride in what we provide for our countries😊 love to see people so interested!
Love your music choice.
One thing is for sure, Ginger Man with a moustache is the silage master.
I loved that, perfect little coverage blot then suddenly “Tw#t” appears 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hahaaa I was searching for this comment 😂
🤦♂️
@@TomPembertonFarmLife
Fortunately we still can’t see who the twat is though 😄😄👍🏼
Good stuff! Anyone who ever says “stupid farmer” should be slapped! Not only are y’all physically challenged but you ALWAYS have to be on your toes & never have a day off…I say THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I like the 'slapped' comment.
Come on, Belinda, no-one should be 'slapped' ! If someone is ignorant, they just haven't learned !
Like the video, I loved this one brought back memories of 50's childhood seeing lots of different cows in farm fields. The haylage and Barlage we fed 70's and on the smell of the freshly opened clamp better than shredded wheat. The excitement of your father was priceless. Those cows could smell that feed they were racing for it. Thank you Tom between you and Olly's Farm I feel like a very young 72 year old Ha Ha!
I’m not a farmer (retired cop) but I find your clips interesting and educational. Sometimes tricky to sort them. Could you please try to insert a dateline somewhere? If you have time, of course.
As a old farmerboi, opening up the clamps is a great time, especially when you get to see this and smell it, its hard to describe to someone who never smelled it, its just..dont know..satisfying and smells good in a weird way that only a farmer might like ?
Yep quite agree. God knows how many clamps, grass, maize, w crop I've opened, taken the sheet off, dug down a bit, sniffed, studied, tasted it even!!!
I am a suburban raised man, I enjoy you and your dad explaining the process of your farm. Seem to work hard everyone you have on but all seem happier than city folk. I hope you stay dry on your land it seems dodgy with the drainage. Very good presenting, thank you all.
I really, really enjoy learning from your father - he does great explanations. Best wishes from Texas!
Serious looking silage Tom,brilliant.
Cows really look like they are enjoying it. 👍
When you going back to Northern Ireland again. You must really pay a visit to Ireland.
What happened to Heidi???
Love seeing happy cows…and those were some happy cows at the end! They were so busy enjoying the silage that they couldn’t be bothered with the camera at all!😂 Heads down and enjoying a good feeding!
It must be good silage Tom, as they were straight in there and not a head to be seen above the rails. 😀👍👌
Thanks Tom! Love these working farmer videos! Great to see the Ginger Warrior out dropping knowledge from his vast experience! The girls look like they are pleased with the silo! Heads are down!
I love it when you open up a clamp I’m sure if he could your dad would eat it , serve it up like shredded wheat , bless him he’s brilliant x
Good video!! I love seeing and listening to the cows eating!! I actually think I can see contentment on their faces!! LOL!
The cows 🐄 looked like they was really enjoying the food.
Question Tom how is the new bull doing? Sorry I forgot his name also your dad really does explain things so everyone can understand. He'd make an excellent teacher for young farmers or even 1st generation farmers. Another excellent video Tom you're definitely taking after your dad the way you explain things
nigel is the bulls name
@@stuarttyler7114 thank you xx
Nigel is the new boy ☺️
Ginge with the mooooostache is a legend, he’s got such a wealth of knowledge
Made me think how invaluable he is and how difficult it would be for someone to start a farm from scratch without the help of someone who knows everything he knows. I don’t think you could learn everything Mr. Andrew Pemberton knows from just a book.
Love these videos as a retired dairy farmers wife. Never turn in until I’ve watched Tom Pemberton and Ollie Harrison. Thank you
You love the lovely comment on the mixer Tom😂
love how your dad calls you by your full name "Thomas" hehe you too get along so well great team
Watching Ginge inhale silage will never cease to amuse me! 🤣
That silage looked scrumptious. No wonder they were tucking into it. It's good to see the rewards of all that hard work earlier in the year. Good job guys.👍👌👍
Hello from Brazil guys ✌🏻
0:17as a case always is 😉
Thats some pit of stuff there
Instead of assuming what you do with the grass I'll just give a watch. Now where did I put my grass.
When is the next new shed update? Have the cow beds gone in yet? Have the slurry channels been finished?
Friday ☺️
Love the music I posted on your storie on Instagram and said that music you may not of listened to me but was a real good vibe from it
326th! GOOD EVENING TOM, LUKE, AND THE GINGER GUY! Roger in Pierre South Dakota USA 😊
Hello from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada. Thanks for sharing your great video’s please keep them coming.
It seems the change in season has already started. The leaves on the trees have already begun to change colors weeks ahead of normal. If they continue there won't be any leaves left on the trees by Halloween. I normally have to rake into early December.
I got an opportunity to show this video to a person who always (30+ years) has had the phrase “dumb farmers” in her conversations. I dont know if she was just trying to tease me for being a farm kid or what her point was… but, She watched this video very quietly. I think she was blown away by all the consideration, prep work, timing, health aspects, costs and equipment upkeep you have to do yourselves. I didnt say i told you so or berate her, just wanted her to think and in the end respect farmers. All i said was, “and thats to just get milk to your table” and left it at that. Thank you soooo much! I think you opened a closed mind today! God bless! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🐄🐄🐄🐄🐄
I love how you blur out some of the writing some of the time....its great!!! Love your Vids...keep them up!
I have had horses since 1979. But am a city girl. I honestly had NO idea how much work goes into caring for cattle. It always looks easy, drive by pastures with grazing cows, or dry lots with them eating through feed rails. Thank you for working so hard, sharing a glimpse of what goes into it, and obviously loving your animals.
I keep checking for your “merch”. It says August, but everything is sold out. Do you have a new timeframe for getting merch in?
Hello dear Tom.
A few days ago, I saw the videos that you make with the name of an English farmer being broadcast on the Gem channel. A channel that I see in Persian (the language of the three countries of Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan), and you have become a symbol of a British rancher and farmer. I said I would suggest you make yourself a typical British farmer with those classic English hats, it has become a popular program. Just be a little more careful when editing, filming from the right angle, reduce the moments when everyone is talking, and succeed when all the people without knowing your language but understand the subject of each vlog, is one of the reasons for the success of Hollywood cinema. Or Bollywood is this point. Do people in Africa or Latin America know English, or do many people who watch Indian movies understand Hindi? Basically ... because when you go to a filmmaking class you are taught that you think you are making a film for someone who is deaf, from scenes that bore the audience and push your film forward or change the channel, you have to Delete such sequences, write a script for it before making a vlog on paper, and visualize the movement of the camera in your mind, for example, this first blog, which was accompanied by music, was very good, but after the build quality decreased to a conference It turned out, do not put down the camera, do not constantly show a talking face, for example, take the conversations and film the animal feed separately and play the sound on separate videos of the animal feed, if in The conversation points to a point, find the video of that point in the archive and give it a beautiful image according to the people, I wish I was by your side and I would do all this for free. I wish..
Adrian chiles is back😂
Hey Tom love all of your videos I LOVE FARM live just like to know what is the name of your brown cows we had a couple when my grandma milk se said that were jersey cows super thanks to you and dad
Awesome 👍😎
What's happened to Tom's accent??
I had a cold/sore throat 🤦♂️
Interesting so far so good 👍
I love that you blurr out a load of messages on the inside of that feeder... then.. BAM "ross is a TW@T" hahaha
I miss the smell of sweet silage!! Don't work on a farm anymore , i'm now an Asda delivery driver! Not as rewarding but not as hard work!! Lovin the vids as ever ❣❤👍
Many thanks to you and your dad explaining exactly how that pile of dry plant material stored from earlier in the year, makes such a nutritional difference for the cows. I’m still a little baffled as to why silage is supposed to ferment. I’m an avid gardener, so my usual experience with cut grass is to add it to my compost bin, and later add the goodness back into my soil. As you mentioned, for your lovely ladies that silage was like a treat - certainly not “ just some dry old plants.” They were chowing down on the goodness, as if you’d just served dessert!
Excellent video Tom, as always. Anywho, what's this about growing a beard and moustache?? 🤣😉 🧔
You can use the old plastic from the top on the side walls next year so it does not cost you money
I love to see an animal (and children) eat well and enjoying their food.
How many different breed of cow do you have there yrs ago when I worked as a tractor driver on a large dairy farm they had over 300 friesian 90% were black and white but they also had some red and white the brown swiss just started to arrive as I left to do other things. Love the farm life miss it. Keep up the good work you and the ginger guy.
And what was written on the drive sprocket of the keanan mr pemberton? Thought this was a family channel 🤔
Hey Tom, you probably won’t see this but what happened to Heidi? I feel like we haven’t seen her in ages.
I can't work out whether he was blurring the profanity as a joke, or just completely failed to blur that one bit.
