I like Oro Valley, so I'm leaning towards that area. I'll be working at the Westin La Paloma so it's not a bad commute. I might even rent an apartment La Paloma for the 1st year
Such a beautiful area! Oro valley is a very desirable area, for sure. Even if you are planning on renting before buying a home I’d love to chat if you have any questions about Tucson. Don’t hesitate to reach out! (Kimberly.mihalka@gmail.com or 520-235-2011)
In my area I've noticed many homes keeping the porch lights off at night energy conservation is recommended turn off lights or devices when not in use energy rates have skyrocketed and water prices too
The job market in tucson is horrible, so if you don't already have a job here, don't be counting on finding one right away, and don't be counting on it paying well, $250 a month for electricity in the summer is wishful thinking, and many parts of the city where housing is affordable are ghetto af. Be wary of a real estate agent trying to tell you how affordable it is to live in their market.
I would love to speak with you about this! It’s panal y too much to put in the comment section.😀. Feel free to reach out so we can chat! (Kimberly.mihalka@gmail.com or 520-235-2011)
What are your best cost of living tips for Tucson Arizona?
Moved here 6 years ago. Now we can't afford it especially since our apartment complex uses market value for rent.
KIMBERLY!! 🙏❤️🙏❤️
I'll be moving to Tucson at the end of the month and thanks a million for all these amazing informal videos! Well done!
Welcome! What area of town did you decide on?😀

I definitely wish the rent was lower. It is very unfortunate for the younger generations.

ya, the job market stinks, they dont pay at all. you need two jobs
Still cost of living is much less than Phoenix, as well as a lower temperature.
😀So True!
Just a little
Hi, I'm looking for a fixer in Tucson. Would you know of any? Thanks!
What exactly do you mean by fixer?
What Tucson metro neighborhoods have the least amount of turnover (renters living for more than 5 years) in the 300-350k range?
