I love that he left in the mistakes! It's very him to show he's not perfect. Unfortunately, every time he tries to prove he isn't perfect, he proves even more strongly that he is probably as close as it gets.
Kai held an audition to select the dancers, he actually handpicked them so they're really good and try to match him, they go by "Team Kai"
Every time I see him move so smoothly while dancing, especially from one place to another, I tell myself that his superpower being teleportation makes so much sense ❤

Kai always tries to wear hats for dance practices, sometimes just to hide his hair color for a comeback, but mostly because he's shy. He doesn't make direct eye contact 😅 he controls each move in the mirror right in front of him 😊. The 3 cuts at the end show pretty well how humble he is: this perfectionist who is never satisfied with his performance wants us to know he's not perfect though, just a human being who tries to do his best all the time but sometimes fails (and EXO-L know how many times he felt embarrassed, incompetent or a failure because he's just a man but Jongin always goes hard on himself and sets his own bar so high whilst forgiving others for being human)
Kai is literally one of kpop's idol of idols in terms of dance and performance.
