Per the new mini-doc, this is the show where Jason Flom, CEO of Lava Music had his mind blown. The A&R rep, Devon, saw them the night before. She liked them so much she brought him in for the second night. And the rest, as the saying goes, is history.
For those that question who's Jay Dela Cueva is a Virtuoso multi-instrumentalist from Mexico that had been around since the 80's and kickstarted lost of great Rock En Espanol bands. Actually it is "Moderatto's" front man, a Tribute Band of all those glam rock 80's bands. Also besides guitars, base, keyboards he does master drums. Here's a video of some sessions he does: ua-cam.com/video/WmdtKgz0FZU/v-deo.html
@@martingonzalez529 not true. You're misinformed. Parchis was a Spaniard kids musical group. Jay is Mexican from De la Cueva family of artist and TV producers in Mexico
Great video and audio quality NovaDave! Too bad they couldn't have gotten Pau's vocals a little better. Every vid of this I've seen so far, her voice on the mains was muted like she was singing in a cardboard box.😜 I'm sure that with all the DSP toys that are available for vocal processing, they could have gotten it a *little* better... ahh well, it is what it is, and it was a fantastic performance with Jay on that second guitar and the extended lead!! Great show, and thanks for uploading these for us thirsty fans.😍👍 🤘😎🤘

Devon was the support act too - she also played a great set

I want to see Slash as a guest!
Good video and audio quality. Thanks for uploading. wished I was there!
Thanks!
I love the jam, and also how Pau is enjoying it so much!
I miss seeing Alejandra, Queen of Bass. I guess the angles were wrong.
Yes, no good shot from where I was unfortunately
I was about to ask where was Ali...towards the end of the video it looked like her guitar way to the left of the video .
Unfortunately, my view of Ale was obscured - she does pop up briefly in some of my other vids from the same night....
right up there with Mathew frasers upload of this exact song. Better sounding vocal quality here matt has the most epic guitar sound in his
High praise indeed, thank you!
