Marvellous construction works 😍👏
I haven't ventured into 3D printing yet but feel the need to start after watching this! Can I ask, excepting the cost of the printer, how does the cost of producing say the suspension parts compare with the commercially available Tamiya ones? Is there much of a saving? I can see it's 'a must' for making unavailable parts but can you offset the investment of buying a printer and its running costs against substantial savings in parts you can then make??
Hi, It cost about £12.70 for a reel of filament. I printed out the trailer which used about a quarter of it. As for cost in electric, I would not know. I never got any scary bills so it didn't cost much, hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
That’s a lot cheaper for the materials than I thought, I’ll start researching! Thanks for your reply😊
Hey, great job! Do you think it would be suitable for a modified Huina 1573?
@@ourr.c4065 do you think it would be possible to convert it to 3 axle and make it longer?
Do you also know where to find the attachment that goes on the truck to connect the trailer?
Hi, Yes i do think its possible. Your best bet for the hitch is ebay, I would think.@@BulletNE100
