super review thala, i own this bike for past 6 months
Pros
1. Premium look
2. Comfortable seat position
3. Rear view mirror is superb cool
4. Suspension is Excellent
5. Digital meter
6. Led Lights
7. Oil cooled engine
8.ABS (works perfectly)
9. Good backrest for pillion
10. mileage on city (40 -44 kmpl)
11. gears are butter smooth (especially 1st gr)👍
12. no need to hold clutch on slow speed (5km -8km )
13. clutch is too soft - i didn't feel like i switched to another gear that much smooth
14. less maintenance
15. turning in between bikes are very easy
cons
1. Fuel indicator takes minimum 2 minutes to provide realistic data
2. Setting trip meter buttons are too hard
3. For 6 feet height the wind air blow will directly hit ur face >=50 kmpl
4. Turning radius is high (not suitable for city ride)
5. Little bit risky on slippery roads (since bike is short more chance for falling down on unexpected poth holes)
6.bringing back gear to neutral is quite challenging on city traffic
7. No place to keep ur insurance documents.
8. tube tyre (so for long ride u have to see ur tyre condition well in advance)
A big thumsup to Bajaj for providing value to money and im extremely satisfied with what i have , my only concern is Bajaj service showroom (adyar ) people not providing good service . they doesn't even care of customer satisfaction

@@i_mageshLeo Hi bro, if you plan to buy thunderbird then i would suggest this avenger 220 as a best cruiser bike
it has good Braking system (ABS), you no need to fear on applying brake
and has good torque so no worries about engine performance
Top 3 disadvantage
1.you dont have space to keep ur vehicle documents (you can add small carriage at extra cost)
2. Electronic info cluster buttons are too hard for resetting and the petrol indication may not be accurate for first 2 minutes
3. Turning radius is like a car where you need to put extra efforts for U turn 😊
have a test drive before you buy
and if u ask me about overall rating i would say 4/5 for this segment at best price range

Boss 220 engine came only in 2009 end, that too in pulsar. In 2009 I bought Avenger and only 200 is available... Avenger 220 came only on 2011..
