You can't not worry - not out of some personal will at least. Firstly, you don't control your will. You don't choose what you want - that would just be expressing more 'want.' We don't choose our thoughts. We don't choose what we feel inside. Yes, those things can change, and we can learn habits, but worry never goes away. And you're not in control of it. Because 'to be in control' is a fallacy, since while perhaps we have free will, we still don't choose what that will is. Again, that would just be more 'expression of will.' And so you can, in a very deep way, let go - only because you know it's entirely not up to you. And so you also won't let go, often. And that not letting go is anxiety. And being forced to feel anxiety - your willingness to do it - it's the only thing to do in the moment. Teach yourself to be willing to feel it. And watch the anxiety transmute as it's being felt. "The mind that clings to nothing, rejects nothing" - that's you right now. Not because there's no clinging. There is - you're anxious. You're clenched inside. We all are.
