Danke
This is the definitive performance. I was a professional early musician for 12 years, and I thank the stars for this. And thank them also that this group does without the unnecessary and anachronistic musica ficta of most renditions that blindly follow the advice of some minor editor. They also solve the vocal problem of German weak endings perfectly. Bravissimo.
Incredibly beautiful performance. This historical tune was one of the inspirations for a piece I'm writing, and I haven't heard a lovelier rendition than this. Cheers. Prost!
GL 510)
i believe you're right. the tenor should take a half step down to the B but instead seemed to go all the way to a Bb. still a fantastic performance nonetheless as you said!
am i crazy, or at 2:40 did their cadence land on something different than what's written? not complaining, just wanna make sure i'm not going crazy lol. sounds great btw!
they were played on npr radio ftw! good stuff too bad there is nothing bout wanting to be a gangster or big bootied girls shakin it. they will never make their millions.
They have done this ua-cam.com/video/cDfXvQ-5-nY/v-deo.html, so it's just that they need to shake off all of their musicality and memorise misogynic word salad and make a go of it!
Das ist mein Freizeitgenuss. Eine sehr schöne Darbietung!

Kudos!
Thanks!
Bravissimo! Großartige Performance.
Ein Hörgenuss par exellence! Wunderschone Stimmen! Dankeschön!
Lovely, lovely. Better than the Kings Singers rendition. Came here to banish an earworm, now it's REALLY stuck in my head!
We used to sing this in Dr. William Casey's Collegium Musicum at Baylor University in the 70's. Good times.

Beautiful music , it's the Holly Ghoust standing behind them ;)
Pretty darn good performance of this song - probably the best I ever heard!
Wundervoll..ein 500 Jahre altes Lied. Quelle etlicher späterer Vertonungen.
Beste Version!
einfach sehr gut Abgeschmeckt!
Beautiful!
This beautiful song always makes me feel like learning German more seriouly, so beautiful!!
Thanks. At least some beautiful heritage of my culture..makes mx heart light.
Keep at it!
Wonderful!!!
This was great music.
impeccabe intonation and tone. Great job guys
Sehr schöne Interpretation. Ohne Fehl und Tadel. Sehr gut gesungen. Danke
Absolutely amazing recording.

Love Innsbruck, ich muss Dich lassen
Der ganz links ist der Bass, oder? ;)
Nein, im Ernst: Wunderschöne Version. Ausgezeichnet.
Singphoniker! wow. Thanks for this.
superb!
Sehr schön!
the guy on the left is a true short king
perfect! SICK!
Danke schön
So, I see that Penn and Teller can sing too!
@Juan Flores it's the same as in the other verses
Who says that there's no such thing as perfection? If this isn't it, then I wouldn't know what is. And yet "people" like Justin Bieber? NO COMPARISON!
Das var sehr gut, meine freunde!!

Amaaaaaaaaaaaaazingg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Does anyone know his name...? 🤔
His name is Markus Geitner.

still a fantastic performance nonetheless as you said!
Tears!!!
Nice

Superbe.
👍👍👍👍
Do they know someone is standing behind them?
Wer singt denn da so schön?
there's a girl back there
