Yep they’re from the dub! And actually Host Club has a pretty good dub compared to a lot of other anime so yes, these are actual lines.

Atsumu and Osamu would do their thing just to one up each other mostly but Atsumu would still borderline kind of need Osamu. Sudden headcanon that Osamu gets the most food donations from the girls because he’s just so cute when he’s eating and happy.
