Godlike solo Frank combo too. That combo was so simple and it gave you lvl 4. Rika Readman is Frank West

Old but I gotta ask, people say that level 5 Frank is one of the best characters in the game. Is that true? He seems crazy strong but doesn't delete people like Vergil or Zero.
