'Don’t Cry' is the most personal song I’ve ever released. I wrote it when I was in the process of overcoming a lot of hardship in my life in hopes that it would help strengthen me in that transition, and it did. As with all of my music, I hope that by putting out something so personal to me, it relates to some of you going through similar struggles and gives you the strength you need. That’s what music is all about after all, connecting us and strengthening our hearts ❤️

Well Miss Daisy Gray, I first heard you cover Chris Isaaks song "Wicked Game" which I fell in love with when he released it, checked out you're other songs, I must say you have such a haunting beautiful voice ❤️

Great voice, I'm checking out your stuff too, Wicked game is simple and beautiful, it doesn't need screaming improvisation to make it better, most of the cover versions I've seen make the same mistake except yours,it actually improves on the original , its sensitive, haunting and even more beautiful than the original by Chris Isaac ,and his is the benchmark, very hard to beat.

@@porcelinaw9367 it was a sliver of advice for a beautiful girl with amazing talents to always remember what's important. if she goes mainstream, her "handlers" will most likely push the beauty angle. this has ruined careers throughout the ages. its hard to write/create/sing when you're going a million miles an hour in another direction. once the establishment builds her brand, it will be hard to change the world perspective. (my daughter spends more time trying to be pretty than talented. its frustrating to watch. she would rather look like this girl, than BE like this girl.)
