@@RockstarExcel Yes, it is helpful thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I have learned a lot today. It took some reworking several formulas before I got it to work right. I kept getting repeat data, and even a word kept repeating down to the last row, it repeated four times. (twice in the second row, three times in the third row, and four times in the fourth row,) Not sure if it was the quotes or the dollar sign, but it finally worked. I was misunderstanding what the quotes were used for (" ") I finally understood they were used to tell excel I wanted a space there. All's good now. Thank you again.

Can you use the dollar sign key to do the same thing?
Can you use the dollar sign key, (shift + 4/$) to do the same function?
Yes. Manually typing dollar signs into your formulas will work in the same way.
