My father had UC and I have upper and lower GI issues. I also work in Special Education with Autistic students. It has been and is a very rewarding job that I truly love. I also love powerlifting and carry that passion into it as well. Thank you for the wonderful and inspirational message Clint.
Clint, as a father of an autistic daughter your message hit home and is what i needed to hear. She's a yeller too! Thanks for sharing your inspirational story
Thanks for this Clint. I often watch your vids to psych up for training. Love that you began with Brooks Kubik… Good to see the crazy dude just talking.
That speech was my first introduction to you and i personally didn’t get that message of go all in or quit the message I received was to be disciplined to hold your self accountable and in the end we all pack our own lunch
Clint was great with me when it came to the UC he helped me slow down and calm down a bit and learn to just roll with it a bit and get into workouts when you can. its a ibg deal training with uc as you can just burn yourself out 10x faster BUT you can make pretty damn good gains. and even though the damn flares will kill your gains and body weight you become incredibly good at .getting strength size conditioning and such back because you have to do it so often. its harder to move the trend up sometimes but I think it helps you develop and I think it helps when helping others as those of us who are aware of it are always working on the best solutions to overcome the hurdles. meaning we are literally working the angles as much as possible. .
Clint - I also deal with gastro issues. Not as severe as yours...yet...but I have a question. How have your gear cycles effected your condition? I'm now wary, but if you could give me some input, it would be much appreciated.
From my Dr...pick a dose and stick to it. Never jump high or drop low...always level. Anything that is a jump or a drop will cause an immune system response that you will not like. My gear cycle is based on me staying healthy and alive.
Ur so sweet ! Especially for having an autistic kid ! I tend to be a little irritated with people sometimes, and way more aggressive in public but ur a little older than I am perhaps ur trenbaloni sandwiches are out of ur system. I have zero tolerance for ignorant fucks when It comes to children with special needs. Buuut this was still inspirational to watch, I do feel for ya ime two back surgeries three knee and shoulder coming in, chrones sounds like it sucks bawls ! It sounds like elitefts is a wonderful support for autism 👍👍 How about a new bar and some sales dedicated towards autism awareness ? Eh eh ideas.
Instead of a lifting coach, you should be a life coach. So much knowledge from experience and adversity, not from a book.

@@clintdarden654 Thank you Clint...I read this years ago, but realized I never responded. The advice has served me well.
Wait why did Clint decide he wanted to weigh 300 pounds? He never clarified on that lol
🔥🔥🔥
Hi Clint Darden, I'm dad!
Have you tried the Wim Hof Method? Ice baths and breathing technique. Worth a shot.
So when he weighed 306 was he lifting or was he JUST fat?
