The problem with atom addiction is it's more like severe alcoholism or herion addiction than a weed addiction. It's not a psychological thing, your genetic structure has been destabilized and unless you maintain the genetic flexibility that atom gives you your eventually just going to die from your withdrawal.
38:23 Space Marines can survive in space, at least their suits are pressurized so that they can survive in space meaning if Atlas flooded Rapture, at the least it'll slow Tidus down, but at most it would just piss him off, not kill him so either way, Atlas is screwed. 😂
@@tiggerbane4325 I figured something like that had to have happened at some point but unfortunately I haven't gotten to read any books yet so I just assumed based on what I've seen from the games. Good to know I wasn't entirely talking out my ass? 🤣
@JohnathanCastonguay Not saying they can't survive rapture, they probably can survive the ocean. Just pointing out, it is far easier to build a suit capable of surviving space than at the bottom of the ocean. In 1 case, you have to worry about making sure it is sealed, and that is can keep your temperature regulated while your in both hot and cold. The other has to be made in a way to do all of that minus the heat, while also providing protection from the crushing depths themselves, maintaining a certain atmosphere, and all it would take to kill you is 1 tiny hole. A recently learned example of why the ocean should not be underestimated is the byford dolphin incident, where at a depth of just 1500 feet, a man was pulled through a 5 inch gap nearly instantly being emptied, folded, and thrown out into the abyss as a cloud while the massive room called a diving bell was flung across the rig, the men inside were cooked as the fat in their bodies turned to butter all in a fraction of a second. This is absolutely horrifying however this would be far more dangerous in rapture as it sits at a depth of 6500 to 7000 feet, the psi for the byford dolphin incident would have been 665.64 but it would be 2884.43 to 3106.31 psi in rapture, a whole ton and a half per inch of body.
@@JohnathanCastonguayThat doesn't matter. Just because they can survive in the vacuum of space, doesn't mean that they can survive at the BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN! Would These Medieval/Fantasy Characters Survive Game of Thrones? -Aragon (Lord of the Rings) -Apollyon (For Honor) -Conan The Barbarian (Comics) -Thorfinn (Vinland Saga)
Aragorn is practically a vastly superior version of Ned. More nobility and honour than every human in all of Westeros, the swordsmanship to take on Orcs, Uruk-hai and even Trolls. The bravery to face even NAZGUL! And taunt Sauron himself. If not through the strength of his literal magical sword, then his sheer charisma and skill in nearly everything will win the hearts and minds of those that desire a great king. Aragorn, while not having any claim on the Iron Throne, could probably either become a wandering hero and eventual knight and then powerful lord, or if he's proactive and more aggressive, rally an army of fanatics to take the Iron Throne by force and just solo any infantry he meets. Obviously Aragorn can't solo an entire army but he's also a ranger! He could absolutely guerilla warfare tactics all Seven Kingdoms and bleed them out.
With your helldivers vs i meet this channels and i love it. For me you are the ine that could make a video of how will win: the Automatons vs the CIS Droid Army from star wars
In my understanding of the game, Jackie only is kind to people he cares about, which is why he can kill others with little remorse but would get upset when people he loves dies. Also might be my misunderstanding, you could argue Paulie was like tricking and using Jackie by saying "You Owe Me" type of things
I remember being scared of bioshock 2 mainly cause of the scene where Subject Delta jams his drill in a man and starts it. It scared me as a kid cause I just imagined how much it would hurt if that happened to me
OOOOOH, you meant Titus from 40K! I thought you meant Tidus from Final Fantasy 10! ... ... ... because, you know...his whole "thing" is that he's good at swimming...and it's Rapture... ... ... WAS IT JUST ME?
I'm going to be honest I think everyone who's supposed to survive this place can easily do so. But it's going to be interesting to hear why would some do better than the other.
It really is hard to say if Vaas would be resistance to the drugs. The main reason in the game is it's his own drug and he took it so many times. This one is a drug that gives you powers so you have to deal with the addictive side and the power make people overconfidence. So if he does resist a drug I don't see him resisting the power trip the drugs will give him considering it actually gives him powers.
Plus it's not like weed addiction where it's a psychological effect you can overcome through sheer grit, it's more like severe alcoholism or heroin addiction but instead of just your chemistry being altered to the point thatgoing cold turkey will kill you it's drastically altered your genetic code. At this point atom is the only thing allowing you to continue your existence despite the fact your genetic code had been fucked with to such an extreme degree, without that genetic flexibility your destined to die in the most horrific manner as you collapse into mush on a cellular level.
A crazy crossover I badly want to read about is Mha X Bioshock 2. Imagine Deku and class 1-a have this tall kid called Eleanor transferred to their class but as soon as Mineta flirts with her a metal cyclops breaks through the wall starts pummeling the grape headed ass. On a serious note, big daddy’s could be easily translated into prototype nomus, the story potential is immense
How can you not understand why Jackie is working for Paulie? Like you said he was adopted by Paulie AND the game states that Jackie respects the old ways of the mob, I’m guessing earning respect, while Paulie is forcing people to respect him. Jackie’s not an angel and he knows he’s not cause this is the life he chose cause he never wants to be helpless ever again, he just doesn’t agree with how Paulie runs things and he was surrounded by his aunt and the other old school mobsters since childhood. Jackie monologues in loading screens explains everything, even the side quests dives into his character. If Jackie was in rapture then he most likely would try to run things but like an old school mob Don than just ruling with an iron fist. He probably try to get some scientists to make adam into some kind of cure against the darkness since adam does rewrite genetic code so who knows? Also Tenenbaum has made a cure for the little sisters so who’s to say she could for the darkness? The darkness still has a mind if it’s own and could force it’s will on Jackie by killing people while he’s unconscious or just using the monsters on his back kill people while he’s awake.
so I actually disagree with Vaas surviving. Splicers have abused adam, which itself empowers you to superhuman levels. Brute splicers can take multiple 50. cal rounds, leadhead splicers are fast as fuck and can't take as much damage but still are tougher than normal humans. This is ignoring the fact that they also have plasmids too. Vaas is manipulative and insane, but the moment he meets more than one splicer, he's screwed. Vaas was able to keep power because of fear, no insane splicer is going to fear a weak man in rapture. I also think that baron is COOKED. Sure, normal weapons don't do a lot, but rapture really doesn't need them when you've got plasmids. Brute splicers are *very* common. and three or four of them against a baron would be surprisingly even. This demon has nothing to compete against plasmids that freeze it solid, hypnotize it, multiple brutes, more than one big daddy. Sure, on individual levels it's THE most powerful being in rapture but it is by itself and you never see singular splicers. It would get far, but as soon as anyone with some power realizes that someone that powerful is running around, they're sending everything at him. Honestly, vaas has a better chance because he's actually capable of doing things intelligently and bringing up a gang that can compete with big players if he gets past being killed immediately.
Actually I'm pretty sure that even normal thuggish splicer can take 2 to 3 50. cal rounds before going down so yeah a normal splicer could just bash vaas's head in with a pipe before he tries something
I doubt the Baron would turn against Davith even after a whole Bioshock game without his connection, because in the lore Davoth utterly loves the demons, his creations, and I have a feeling, in some twisted way, that love is reciprocated, so basically we have this Baron of Hell being congratulated by Davoth, and essentially become another Mini Boss for Doomguy similar to the Gladiator Fun fact: the Gladiator's design is reminiscent of the one from Doom 2's Baron, and it is implied that that series of barons died out, essentially making the Gladiator the last of it's kind
15:30 you can be a killer or murderer and still have a heart of gold, a violent acts doesn't constitute a evil person. Psychopaths has so much negativity pinned against them but honestly I think I prefer logically thinking and fyi we still have emotions it's just something you learn to control or understand and took me probably till my adult years to actually understand them lol
Okay hear me out. The Barron and Titus hurt a little sister to the point that all the big Daddy swarm them . 20 to 30 big Daddy's charging to prevent more little sisters from dying( well as much as a little sister can die).
I remember correctly wasn't Jack actually a resident of rapture? Because if I remember correctly with the hole "would you kindly" reveal, it was heavily implied that the plane crash was completely fake. Like they were Memories were just kind of programmed into him, I haven't played Bioshock in a while so I could be very wrong.

Space Marines armor is sealed against space and water. They have krak grenades that would blast the doors open so they have no shot of killing him.
Lol space marines can't drown normally
That wouldn't stop them from being crushed and or becoming a gore cloud do to pressure, space is almost nothing like the ocean.
I just thought of a cool idea for your vs doom demons videos how would Ultrakill's hell handle the doom demons
Actually fun fact because of the space marines 3 lungs being so advanced they can breath under water because their multi lung toxin dispersal systems and will allow an spacemarine to draw oxygen out of water, allowing them to breathe in marine environments as if he had gills.
Bro, you really used my idea that’s dope af. Thanks
Space Marine power armor comes with rebreathers which allow them to breath in multiple environments including space.
The Chainsword would definitely cut through the drill, and anything else in rapture, it's made out super future space alloy teeth that have a monomolecular edge. Question is how quickly can it slice through the drill?
Would These Medieval/Fantasy Characters Survive Game of Thrones?
-Aragon (Lord of the Rings)
-Apollyon (For Honor)
-Conan The Barbarian (Comics)
-Thorfinn (Vinland Saga)
It’s a horror game for the first 10 mins until you get electro bolt
Really had to call me out with that Baron of hell part
Titus Slaughters Rapture.
The third lung given to space marines allows them to breath under water
With your helldivers vs i meet this channels and i love it. For me you are the ine that could make a video of how will win: the Automatons vs the CIS Droid Army from star wars
I was thinking about it today, and you should do a survival challenge for messengers. Fallout New Vegas, Death Stranding, Cyberpunk, things like that.
Space marines can breath under water thanks to the third lung.
In my understanding of the game, Jackie only is kind to people he cares about, which is why he can kill others with little remorse but would get upset when people he loves dies.
Also might be my misunderstanding, you could argue Paulie was like tricking and using Jackie by saying "You Owe Me" type of things
I didnt even mean to play this. Just finished talking to my brther sat down on the toilet and u cll me out.
Nice, a bioshock vid!
This video is amazing
I remember being scared of bioshock 2 mainly cause of the scene where Subject Delta jams his drill in a man and starts it. It scared me as a kid cause I just imagined how much it would hurt if that happened to me
OOOOOH, you meant Titus from 40K! I thought you meant Tidus from Final Fantasy 10! ... ... ... because, you know...his whole "thing" is that he's good at swimming...and it's Rapture... ... ... WAS IT JUST ME?
coming down here to leave the "Tidus will not drown" comment but looks like others beat me to it, so I will just say thanks for the video
Space marine suits are sealed so he could breathe underwater
26:12 he'd also probably try to save all the little sisters
I'm going to be honest I think everyone who's supposed to survive this place can easily do so. But it's going to be interesting to hear why would some do better than the other.
idk why space marine is on the list, They survive no question
Idea: survival chalange fuyuki 4th,5th/snowfield grali war
Titus can breathe underwater so long he has the helmet on, so you are wrong,
No he can breathe underwater even _without_ his helmet- Astartes have a specialized third lung to accomplish this.
He doesn't even require a helmet for that they have 3 lungs and their third artificial lung allows them to extract oxygen from water.
He could breathe without it. Ut he would also be crushed by the ocean pressure.
I've been waitin my whole life for this moment 🥹
So Vaas essentially becomes The Joker of Rapture...
I love the honesty...
You should throw the darkness guy into your Mordor challenge
“Can these video game characters survive far cry 5”
so I actually disagree with Vaas surviving.
Woah how tf did you know I was pushing out a mud monster?!
Nate Jacobs vs Bully. Then the sequel, Nate vs OZ. 😂
Also maybe Jackie could want to protect the little girls and help the Daddies, that sounds in character
I doubt the Baron would turn against Davith even after a whole Bioshock game without his connection, because in the lore Davoth utterly loves the demons, his creations, and I have a feeling, in some twisted way, that love is reciprocated, so basically we have this Baron of Hell being congratulated by Davoth, and essentially become another Mini Boss for Doomguy similar to the Gladiator
Fun fact: the Gladiator's design is reminiscent of the one from Doom 2's Baron, and it is implied that that series of barons died out, essentially making the Gladiator the last of it's kind
No you can’t. If you want to debate me on this we can tonight on the stream. Tonight 7 PM if you’re interested.
The big daddy that you are talking about is the bouncer
Okay hear me out. The Barron and Titus hurt a little sister to the point that all the big Daddy swarm them . 20 to 30 big Daddy's charging to prevent more little sisters from dying( well as much as a little sister can die).
Nah , this can't be a coincidence , I recently started bioshock and got into the lore, and bro makes a vid on it ? Rouga is in my walls for real
I would say do Columbia… but you can’t really have any character that’s not ayran there because they’ll just get thrown into Finktown…
Lol😂
I remember correctly wasn't Jack actually a resident of rapture?
Because if I remember correctly with the hole "would you kindly" reveal, it was heavily implied that the plane crash was completely fake.
Like they were Memories were just kind of programmed into him, I haven't played Bioshock in a while so I could be very wrong.
demonic big daddy chefs kiss
I hope we get a "Would These Investigative Reporters Survive Outlast (or Outlast 2, since there's more to do in that one)?"
"Its not like there's some atom power that creates light"
What about fire and lightning?
you make these sound so easy
*Looks at the Death Corps of Krieg*
Are you sure Titus wouldn't lose I'd they CAN lose to regular dudes?
Jackie is sounding more like Giorno Giovanni from JoJo's bizarre adventure.
Vaas dies within the first hour
2 caviots about my boy taidus 1 space marine armor when shield can shield marine from wacume of space 2 chainsword miniblades are nanomolecular sharpend so ye
You going be doing these till judgement day 😂
Until the universe collapses into itself becoming no more than an infinite abyss of misery.
@@rougarabid why not keep going after that?
I got a great idea would War Hammer survive Doom i think that would be a fire video
Part 2 of video game swordsmen surviving Mordor plz
Would Vaas Montenegro survive Oz?
15:30 most successful sociopaths are good at faking an image of goodness.
Bruh, you forgot space marines have mag-lock boots and helmets to survive in space....water isnt that much different lol
God Vaas with plasmids would be insane😂
You should put the lies of p character in bioshock survival challenge
