Verse 17-20 should explain very clear. The context is the 72 being sent out and the demons and Spirits are in subject to them, and Satan's power was diminished. Heaven represents rulership and being cast to earth represents subjugation.
Isaiah 14 context is talking about the Kingdom of Babylon, and its kingdom being taken down, which it did in 539b.c

Yes, I was researching this for years. I tried to find scriptures in the Bible that says so but there is none. My relative is an evangelist and I asked about the scripture that stated he was a fallen angel but never was given exact scripture just a talk around. I did a report in college on this exact thing…..

Hes telling us that satan and lucifer are two different entities. Lucifer is no spirit/angel....but satan is.
The Lord never said that he took Satan's right to come before him, he said he was cast down, he could not dwell as a cherubim in the presence of the most high, but he could come to the Lord to present his case. And if you pay attention, Satan told the Lord I am "walking to and fro the earth" he never said he was walking to and fro in heaven. Now when the sons of God, went to present themselves on behalf of Job, Satan went with them. So that tells me that Satan has access to heaven, he can still go before God to speak to him and accuse you.The Bible says he is the accuser.
His dwelling is no longer with the abode of God, but he has access to outer space which is also part of the heavenly and Earth.

There is no such thing as outer space, we live in a dome. What you call the blue sky is water. We live under water. If you read Geneses 1 God tells you exactly what he did. The firmament separates the waters from the earth.

I must commend you brother for I considered that his breakdown of Isa meant that Lucifer could both be Satan AND be a metaphor for America. I had forgotten about Ezekiel, which mirrors Isaiah when it describes Lucifer. Thank you for reminding me. The black Hebrew Israelites are a lost bunch.
