A little bit late but on the subject of him calculating the roons networth is correct in economic terms.
Here's why:
4 roons at the start, the total bounty is 400 gold, which by default should be shared equally among dire and radiant if play correctly. so each team should get 200 gold adding the total to 400 bounty roons gold.
However, say the dire didn't get any roons and radiant took it all. So, instead of getting 200 gold the radiant are up by 200 gold making it 400 gold. Consequently, because the dire didn't get any roons, their supposed networth of roons which should be 200 gold is lost making a deficit of 200 gold.
Because of this, the radiant side earns an extra 200 gold advantage apart from the 400 gold bounty they took even though the extra 200 gold doesn't translate to real gold.

yeah but that is bullshit
its affect the hero since normally the effect duration on creep is much longer
Its a complicated thing, because valve wants to balance the game . Lets say frosbite the bear as a creep, its so imba if the duration is 8-9 seconds and its a perma stun! And can transmute alfredo( by hand of midas) because its a creep,lone druid will be fuck useless. So i think its because of balancing the game, thats my opinion btw
