Thank you for this video. I have three of these in my house and one in my workshop. The one in my kitchen jammed and I never could figure it out. Thanks to your video, I finally got the darn thing reset.
You saved my a$$! Thank You. I refilled the dispenser and could not figure out why it was not working. I even changed the batteries and still had the same issue. After doing what you showed on this video the problem was solved. 😃
The issue I'm having is similar, except after reinstalling it, the arm moves up but not all the way. When you put your hand under it after reinstalling, it moves up to dispense, but it doesn't put it up all the way. So because of that, the arm doesn't move back down to the start position. Is the motor going bad? This is the 3rd one that it's happening to.
