@@POWLAX It went really well! I skipped the 3 cones and just started with the 4 with the defender. I also had the defender not use a stick to start to get them focused on driving the hips of the offensive player. They were also stopping the drill after the dodge, so I had to reinforce that a huge part of this drill is getting your hands free to make a good pass. I also taught them the lever pass, which many (even the skilled players) had never really known or worked on. By the way, I'll be getting my Powlax Gold membership soon. We use a variation of this daily. Never thought of adding a defender in. Might try that. Thanks
