So this is basically making fun of the lofi scene in the 80s and 90s because most of the artists were schizophrenic, To me this just looks like some trendy teens they will move onto the next trend soon it’s just a shame Lofi had to suffer this
@@hitrx8825 let me break it down for you, the rods the kid is playing are rip offs from the late 90s northeastern hardcore/emo scenes (like literally every riff) , it’s a scene KNOWN for pushing artist with schizophrenia (such as Daniel Johnston ), as well most of the “scram” (as you kids call it) or emo bands from the north east were know for having mental psychosis (which most of was blamed on because of some vaccination given to some people in generation X in the north east, a.k.a. the Bridgewater triangle area but that’s a whole Nother story). There was a movie called Donnie Darko about a schizophrenic who saw a kid in a rabbit suit, this dude is just trying to be a cool character that has schizophrenia but he doesn’t, and he’s making fun of a lot of people that did and or mocking them with this stupid shit fest of a show and costume. So like I said in another few months when you’re done with this trend and you flipped off all the riffs of people that are still out there today who have been playing them for 25 years and will be long after your little trend is over , just know that we know it’s stolen valor....
