Great to see an analog phaseshift driver. I noticed a couple of BJTs there... is it a current-mirror ramp generator? How do you compensate for frequency drift?
thank you! vco is ran into expanded OR gate and sawtooth is joined with ramp at ultra fast comp then dflop over main feedback with hc74. the system is in pll.
