I got it from a Toronto based CD, and I was playing all this Toronto eurodance & german/dutch/italian eurodance down here in Atlanta, Georgia, when almost nobody else down here had heard of it unless they moved here from overseas or from Canada or California....I played it as much as possible at alot of big parties and club nights to spread the word!
This song takes me back to the mid-90s. I found out about it from my ex-gf in high school. I wasn't impressed with it initially. I can remember telling her that Barbie Girl by Aqua was way better (i know, i know, don't judge me LOL). But the song gradually grew on me, especially once i started going to the clubs - everyone went crazy once that unmistakable beat began blasting from the speakers. Those years from mid- to late-90s up until the early 2000s was a magical period to be in Toronto. Fun times indeed. I took that era for granted & now it's gone forever. All i have are the memories of those crazy times spent with friends. No worries, no bills to pay, no real-world problems to deal with...such was the life of a teenager. If you're a teen reading this comment, savor your youth, enjoy every second of it while you still can. Time flies & once it's gone, you can't bring it back. God knows how much i wish to go back in time to experience it again. OK, OK, this has gone on long enough, i think i'm rambling now. Time to go back to my boring adult life...
