Mori is not classically trained,. She was 3 years old when her family discovered her talent in singing. When she was left alone with a karaoke machine, she sang the Regine Velasquez song, "You Are My Song". As she grew up, she sang Jessa Zaragoza songs like "Paano Kaya". With a little coaching by her father who was a musician, but mostly just like most filipinos its a Karaoke culture and mostly self taught. A comment on your suggestions of a little bit more of this and that in her never enough version. I hear other vocalists and coaches talk about details without looking at the overall style of the performance. in which case such things would be out of place.
Familiar enough with Mori, her monster range, and Phoenix cry and growls to know that every note and sound is a stylistic choice. Akin song is a mix of soft skills, runs and a monster range. :) All sitting down.

Fly like a bird 2020 covers what you're after from head to soft to belt to whistle tone, she brings it all. A comment on your suggestions of a little bit more of this and that in her never enough version. I hear other vocalists and coaches talk about details without looking at the overall style of the performance. in which case such things would be out of place.
