Hi!! I believe that modem has a dual band. Do you know how to change between bands or is it automatic?

If you have a disposable sim but chane APN and nertwork settings does the disposable card get charged?

Good question. Not sure. That may depend how your carrier activates the card. In one disposable I got the activation required a phone to dial a certain phone number to activate. Another provider used a web based activation after inserting into device and connecting wirelessly.

Open the back of the Huawei mobile router and there is a sticker with all the technical details including IP which you can enter into your connected browser to access controls.
