I remember seeing that car at c.w.myers trading post when I was a kid. He bought and sold everything including used mobile homes. He had stuff on lots all over town including the home lot on Patterson Ave. In Winston Salem NC. I'm 61 yrs old so that was alooooong time ago. Always liked it and sat in it once. Keep up the great work!
That has to be a first of stopping to measure a dead squirrel. Hannah you keep me rolling! I had to laugh at the parts falling off the Ford. Hoosier too.
Dylan I love the truck! I'm building a 73 almost the same way. Is there a way I can message you for some tips and parts info? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Slow down Corey, you need build a 3x3 roll around welding table brother, keep you from hurting your knees and back brother! Too young to end up like me, double knee replacements, hip replacement and shoulder replacement at 62 years old and not enjoying my retirement! 37 years of tough jobs welding, fitting and fabrication! That’s why I send prayers for you brother, I’m doing my best to enjoy the rest of my life but I still have my 180 mig and my stick and tig machine! I’m never going to stop trying my friends! Best of luck with the build Hannah and Corey! Sending prayers and positive vibes for y’all, Kirk from Louisiana! Thanks for sharing!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🙋🏼♂️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Best of luck my friends! If it’s a show car, no problem! Just for cruising! I don’t know how much it’s going to be driven my friend! It’s going to look cool either way! Glad to watch y’all working on the Crosley!
The F 600 is very kool. The front fenders are awlsum. I never minded wiring it’s so important so I guess I look forward to it. Thanx so much for the vid
Another awesome adventure with cwc yall are awesome thanks for sharing your awesome adventures with us brother and little sister !!! Hope yall have an awesome day 😊
Nice jobs guys coming along good. I think Hannah to be fair the squirrel had just eaten it was a bit on the tubby side!!😉 See you next week...Cheers from the UK.
I think you should put some gussets on the inside angled corners of the rectangular tubing Corey, just for extra bracing brother! I was looking at that and thought I would suggest it to you, I know it’s your build and I’m just trying to help my friends! 🙋🏼♂️🙋🏼♂️🙋🏼♂️👌🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
After wearing, and ruining, white and light colored T-Shirts (because they were the ones that Chevrolet put all the cool logos and themes on) for the first 30+ years of my life, the last 40+ years I'm a firm believer in Black and as dark color T-shirts as I can get because of the exact reasons Hannah said. They don't show dirt and stains as much. I no longer get One-And-Done wear from T-Shirts because they've been stained beyond removal because I actually work (Sometimes out of necessity) in them and don't just sit around and do nothing when I wear them. Thank you for the Black T-Shirts. I'll leave the light colors to those that wear them don't end up having to work and get real-world, intentional or not, use the way I do. I knew Hannah was right about 3 1/2 inches being too low for "real world driving," no matter how "Cool" Corey thought it looked that low. Please keep the great videos coming!
And by the way, me and my wife Love Your Show, we laughed so hard when Cory got his boots on fire, just hope he didn’t get burnt in any way, keep it up, you guys are awesome, and we Love the mousetrap and the truck that your building. Look forward to next Wednesday episode, and watch Cory to make sure he doesn’t have a Toe Barbecue in the Garage 😂😂😂 Love You Guys
WAIT !! Rice Crispy treats? Fruity Pebbles? Just sent my kid to the grocery store. I believe I finally need a new shirt, Safety Third. Cory is a wise man. If you know you know. Great Video. Hannah. The squirrel didn't mind you measuring it ma'am.
I roll at 3in static daily with no adjustments in my suspension. Just sayin! Definitely keep it low! Luv the build!! PS, I drive an OBS chevy 89 truck, single cab with a custom flatbed.
Best to spray red under like the cab then white then wets sand amd scuff pad. Also use brown under. Least those are ways I always did. Funny I'm 35 and I was doing this in my late teens. Patina that is. Live making fake patina.
As always measure three times then subtract two and divide by one Cory and tell Hannah it's all about how cool you look even though she already looks cool be careful and stay safe my friends God love ya
Don't worry Cory I've set shirts on fire while I was welding in rockers. By the time I noticed it was on fire id burnt half of the side of it. Safety third bud.
Can y'all consider gettin lapel mics🎤 so your sound is not so hollow. Love y'alls content especially hannah Indiana 😝 Edit : Cory that's actually a 4 × 6 post but yeah actual size is 3 1/2 × 5 1/2
3 1/2 is way too low for me, I like the 5 1/2 better Hannah! Better put a 1/2” thick floor board so it won’t buckle if something gets jammed underneath it! But I’m not into lowered vehicles, I like em raised if anything! I hope you don’t lower the 41 Dodge project!
My buddy had a low rider in high school and one day after football practice as we were going down the road we went over a dead raccoon, it got hung underneath on the exhaust. The smell makes me sick thinking about it today. Wow raise it up so that doesn’t happen cause it is terrible.
Hey Corey and Hannah, was that treated pine that you were cutting? If it was remember the dust is dangerous, you need to use masks an remove the dust from circulating while you work. Take care of yourselves so you can have many happy healthy years doing what you do. I enjoy your channel, thanks for sharing.
@@paulvanhouts3365 Hi Paul, Geez lighten up OSHA, he made 4 cuts in 1 board that didn’t really look like treated pine, and even if it was, Corey will probably survive.
Ummm, That didnt give you ride height, or proper pinion angle... Your ride height geometry will change when you add the front wheels and will change accordingly, however your pinion angle should be matched to the angle of the transmission output (U-joint connection) anyway to ensure there isn't any binding between the two... I enjoy the interplay between you two, but Corey needs to understand that the wife is always right...
You two crack me up. I look forward to your Wednesday evening video every week. The Crosley is coming along quite nicely.

Boy, that Ford at the end sure looks good!! Thanks for the interview, and helping patina the top!!

Going to stop and think some of the road had speed
The saying is. A blind man on a galloping horse would be glad to see it. My dad always said it 👍👍
Nice Job.

Wednesday "What's up guys" check in......
The 5.5 inches looks great leave it there
Just say you were going to build a doghouse for the transmission and driveline 😂❤❤
Never too low. Me I'd want it as low as possible driving. Not like it's the do everything vehicle.
I built one for skunks if they will fit you are ok I used a 50 gal drum and and a ramp it worked good
Are you going to add brackets to the top air bag plate?
Yeah! 🤘🏼
A triangle. :D
Did you know that even clear safety glasses block a lot of welding flash?
Bartle Doo!
looks like a 4x4!
6” is good on any chassis 😂
So when is the dance contest with Puddin ?😂
As always measure three times then subtract two and divide by one Cory and tell Hannah it's all about how cool you look even though she already looks cool be careful and stay safe my friends God love ya
Harbor freight welding magnets and how bout build a good heavy rolling work bench
Great work guys! Is it me or is the video quality blurry?
Leave er at 3 1/2". Turn squirrels into manhole covers
Love it ☺
Fresh road kill shouldn't be waisted 🤣
Don't worry Cory I've set shirts on fire while I was welding in rockers. By the time I noticed it was on fire id burnt half of the side of it. Safety third bud.
Love the shirt!
safety squint or look away and wince... lol... its a money shot..
I take offense to that😂
if you had turned the plate 90 deg. it would have been centered on the frame then the bolts would be centered too.
There's a way to make it four settings so you can go the highest and put it on the ground and then the two in between so you get options
you set the pinion level?
Can y'all consider gettin lapel mics🎤 so your sound is not so hollow. Love y'alls content especially hannah Indiana 😝
Edit : Cory that's actually a 4 × 6 post but yeah actual size is 3 1/2 × 5 1/2

Size matters!
I would make the ride height to 5 1/2 in the back and the 3 1/2 in the front honestly to give it that rake
I hate working off the floor

Safety Third!
Hi Chris, the body may not agree with the joke of safety third. Do it right the first time saves lots of grief later.
@@paulvanhouts3365 Hi Paul, Geez lighten up OSHA, he made 4 cuts in 1 board that didn’t really look like treated pine, and even if it was, Corey will probably survive.
COSTA RCA ....saludos
Doesn’t take much of a piece of debris in the road at night to send it into a spend brother, definitely have to have quick reflexes! Just saying
I think 4 1/2 inches would look good.
👍
✌
The shop surpose to be dirty an the car needs to be speed bump height
😊
What’s up with your video quality? It’s very low resolution
Drivability , not to low , stance , slightly higher in back

Could y'all change up the elevator music. To something more rock in. Music doesn't fit the ratrod theme.
