The corrupted are Sophina until the end, Paul Rocco, Charlie, and Krad.
As stated before, Santa is alive, he just doesn’t appear. However, Claus, the elves, and seemingly everyone else is corrupted.

but how did Sophiana,Paul,Charlie and kard got infected/Corrupted?
Well, it happened during the escape scene, so here’s the rundown.
Sophiana stumbled into the darkness while trying to flee the selves, while Dart stopped in time. Bun Bun ran by while Pibby tried to chase him, causing Charlie to get affected and go crazy, attacking Buster and Dart, and then dragging Paul Rocco in. Krad was splashed by the darkness.
