The toxicity in onslaught is high because it is the only mode that is even a little bit competitive. Other than clan stuff where you just listen to one guy tell the whole team what to do. 15v15 pubs are just a farming simulator.

Honestly I don't think it's that bad since all you get for ranking up are some pretty mid camos
Just grind out the weekly missions in one night and then play for fun or free xp/credits without worrying about WR

​@@quickyfrost751 I agree. It is very frustrating to do your best, slowly climb in rank and then have a free fall. Having a succession of teams that insist in playing with FVs, light tanks and the likes, can be discouraging, to say the least. At the very least you shouldn't lose rank, maybe only regress in division.
