Great discussion. I really loved the authors final statements. The laws are important but that’s not where we win the battle. The imagination. The Christian world view from beginning to end captivates the imagination and truly explains why we see all of this brokenness. Under all of the lies that are being taught, are actual lives that are being lived out under these ideologies. Those lives are full of brokenness, broken relationships, guilt, shame, pain. We need to continually demonstrate that and point people to the one who is working all things out for good. And it starts when we ourselves as Christians are actually living out our faith. May God strengthen our faith in him. May our lives begin to look more like Christ. May the Bible be the centerpiece of our homes and our lives, and may we always be prepared to share how that beautiful, imaginative, picture lived out, points to Christ… the true Savior.
